Why Forward Calls to Kyrios
Forwarding calls to Kyrios allows all inbound calls to be managed centrally inside your account.

Centralized tracking: Calls are logged to contacts and available for workflows.

How Call Forwarding Works
Once call forwarding is enabled:
Calls to your personal or business phone number are redirected to your Kyrios phone number.
Kyrios handles the call using VOIP, routing rules, or Voice AI.
Call activity is logged in the CRM and Conversations inbox.
Forwarding can be configured as:
All Calls: Every call is forwarded.
Conditional Forwarding: Only missed, busy, or unreachable calls are forwarded.

Call forwarding does not activate

This usually means forwarding was not enabled.
Try again and wait several seconds after dialing.
If the issue persists, contact your carrier.
Calls still go to personal voicemail
