What Is Local Presence Dialing
Local Presence Dialing is a mobile app feature that dynamically selects the best outbound number based on the contact’s location.
Uses the same or closest area code when available.
Falls back automatically if a local number is not available.
Works for both domestic and supported international calls.
Requires no manual selection once enabled.

Enable Local Presence Dialing (Web Settings)
Go to Kyrios Settings.
Navigate to Phone Numbers.
Open Additional Settings.
Select Voice Calls.
Open Outbound Call.
Enable Local Presence Dialing under Default Phone Number for Outbound Calls.
Result: Once enabled, Local Presence Dialing automatically applies to all outbound calls made from the mobile app.
Make an Outbound Call from the Mobile App
Open the Kyrios mobile app.
Go to Calls or open a contact.
Dial the contact.
What happens automatically:
Kyrios matches the contact’s area code and selects the closest local number.
If unavailable, fallback logic applies seamlessly.
Use the Number Picker (Optional)
You can manually select a number for a single call.
Open the Call Dialer in the mobile app.
Tap the number selector icon next to “Call from.”
Choose a number from the list.
Number Picker Details
Shows all available numbers.
Displays assignment status.
Selection applies to the next call only.
Important Notes
The selected number persists across calls until you change it.
To reset to default behavior, log out of the app or perform a clean reinstall.
Active Outbound Call Experience
During an outbound call:
The selected or auto-chosen number is displayed.
Call controls (mute, keypad, speaker, hold) are available.
After the Call: Use Custom Dispositions
After a call ends, you can categorize the call outcome.
End the call.
Select a Call Disposition from the list (example: No Answer, Voicemail, Follow Up).
Confirm your selection.
