Prerequisites
TikTok integration must be connected to your account.
At least one TikTok Lead Form must already exist.
Step 1: Create or Open a Workflow
Navigate to Automations in the left sidebar.
Click Workflows.
Select + Create Workflow or open an existing workflow from the list.
Step 2: Add the TikTok Form Submitted Trigger
In the workflow builder, click Add New Trigger.
Search for TikTok or select TikTok Form Submitted from the trigger list.
Step 3: Configure Trigger Settings

Set Choose a Workflow Trigger to TikTok Form Submitted.
(Optional) Edit Workflow Trigger Name.
This name only affects how the trigger appears in the workflow builder.
It does not change trigger behavior.

After saving the trigger, add one or more workflow actions.

A workflow can also be published without actions if the trigger is only being tested.
Step 7: Save, Test, and Publish the Workflow
Click Save in the top-right corner.
Use Test Workflow to confirm expected behavior.
Toggle Publish to enable the workflow.
