Use this trigger if you capture leads through TikTok Lead Forms and want to automate follow-ups, tagging, notifications, or lead routing immediately after submission.
What the TikTok Form Submitted Trigger Does
The TikTok Form Submitted trigger fires every time a contact submits a TikTok Lead Form connected to your account.
When the trigger fires:
The contact is added to the workflow
Filters determine whether the workflow continues or exits
Each form submission can trigger the workflow again unless restricted by filters or re-entry rules.
Before You Begin
TikTok Lead Forms must already be created and connected to your account.
The TikTok integration must be active.
Step 1: Create or Open a Workflow
Go to Automations > Workflows.
Click Create Workflow or open an existing workflow to edit.
Step 2: Add the TikTok Form Submitted Trigger
In the workflow builder, click Add New Trigger.
Search for TikTok or expand the Events section.
Select TikTok Form Submitted.
Step 3: Configure Trigger Settings
Set the Trigger Name (Optional)
Update the Workflow Trigger Name to make it easier to identify inside the builder.
This does not affect trigger behavior.
Add Filters (Optional)
Filters restrict which form submissions enroll contacts into the workflow.
In Form Filter
Select In Form to limit the trigger to a specific TikTok Lead Form.
Use this when you have multiple TikTok forms and want separate workflows.
Custom Field Filters
Add Contact Custom Field filters to restrict enrollment based on field values.
Only contacts that meet the defined criteria will continue in the workflow.
If no filters are added, every TikTok form submission will trigger the workflow.
Save the Trigger
Click Save Trigger to apply the configuration.
Step 4: Add Workflow Actions
After the trigger fires, you can add any workflow actions, including:
Send email or SMS follow-ups
Add or remove contact tags
Create tasks or internal notifications
Add the contact to another workflow
You may also leave the workflow without actions if it is only used for enrollment or segmentation.
Step 5: Save, Publish, and Test
Click Save in the top-right corner.
Toggle the workflow to Publish when ready.
Use Test Workflow to confirm contacts enroll correctly.

Confirm the TikTok integration is active.
Ensure the workflow is Published.

The workflow runs multiple times for the same contact
This is expected behavior if the contact submits the form multiple times.
Use workflow re-entry or tagging logic to prevent duplicate actions if needed.
