Internationalization: Multiple Language Support

Kyrios supports multiple platform languages, allowing accounts, users, and client portals to display content in a preferred language for improved usability.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this feature if you manage users or clients who prefer languages other than English, or if you need to localize the Kyrios interface, portals, and supported tools.


Supported Languages

Kyrios currently supports the following languages across supported areas:

  • Spanish | Español

  • German | Deutsch

  • French (France) | Français

  • French (Canada) | Français

  • Portuguese (Portugal) | Português

  • Portuguese (Brazil) | Português

  • Italian | Italiano

  • Dutch | Nederlands

  • Swedish | Svenska

Platform Areas with Language Support

Language translation is available across the following Kyrios areas:

  • Location Dashboard

  • Contacts (Smartlists, Tasks, Bulk Actions, Company, Restore, Manage Smartlist)

  • Opportunities

  • Forms and Surveys

  • Funnels and Websites

  • Blogs and Documents

  • Domains and URL Redirects

  • Payments, Invoices, Payment Links, Payment Widget

  • Affiliate Portal

  • Communities (Preview and Builder)

Change Platform Language (Account-Wide)

This setting applies to the entire account unless overridden by a user-level setting.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Open Business Profile.

  3. On the right side, locate Platform Language under Business Physical Address.

  4. Select the desired language.

  5. Click Update.


Change Platform Language (User-Level)

User-level language settings override the account-wide language.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Open My Profile.

  3. Select My Personal Data.

  4. Choose a language from the Platform Language dropdown.

  5. Save changes.

Note: The language selected in My Profile takes priority over the language set in Business Profile.


Change Language for Client Portal (Web)

This controls the language displayed to users in the Client Portal on web browsers.

Steps

  1. Go to Manage Your Account.

  2. Open Language Settings.

  3. Select the preferred language.

  4. Click Save.


Change Language for Client Portal (Mobile App)

This setting applies only to the mobile Client Portal.

Steps

  1. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Tap Settings.

  3. Select Language Settings.

  4. Choose a language.

  5. Tap Save.


Common Issues and Fixes

My language change did not apply everywhere

Check whether a user-level language is overriding the account-wide setting under My Profile.

Web and mobile portal languages do not match

Client Portal language settings are managed separately for web and mobile. Update each platform individually.


FAQs

How do I change the platform language for my entire account?

Go to Settings > Business Profile, select a language in Platform Language, and click Update.

Can individual users choose a different language?

Yes. Users can select their preferred language under Settings > My Profile > My Personal Data.

Do user language settings override account settings?

Yes. User-level language preferences always take precedence.

Does changing the mobile app language affect the web portal?

No. Client Portal language settings are independent for web and mobile.
