Who This Is For / When to Use
Use this guide if your Facebook or Instagram Page does not appear when selecting a Page inside the AI Ads Manager, even though you believe you have access to it.
Why This Happens
This issue usually occurs when Meta permissions were previously limited during connection. AI Ads Manager can only display Pages that were explicitly approved during the Meta authorization step.
Step 1: Open Connected Platforms
Go to AI Ads Manager.
Open the Connect Platforms section.
Step 2: Disconnect Facebook
Locate the Facebook connector.
Click Disconnect.
Disconnecting resets the permissions so you can reselect Pages.
Step 3: Reconnect Facebook
Click Connect on the Facebook connector.
A Meta authorization popup will appear.
Do not continue yet.
Step 4: Edit Previous Settings
In the Meta popup, click Edit previous settings.
This step is required to change which Pages are shared with AI Ads Manager.
Step 5: Opt In to Pages and Businesses
Select Opt in to current Businesses/Pages.
Review the full list of available Pages.
Select all Pages you want to use in AI Ads Manager.
Continue and complete the connection.
Step 6: Confirm Page Availability
Return to AI Ads Manager.
Open the Page selection menu.
Verify your Facebook or Instagram Page is now visible.
If the Page Still Does Not Appear
Check Meta Business Ownership
If the Page is still missing, you likely do not own the Page at the Meta Business level.
Confirm the following in Meta Business Settings:
You are an admin of the Business Manager
The Page is claimed by that Business
You have full Page access permissions
Ownership issues must be resolved in Meta before the Page can appear in AI Ads Manager.
Common Questions
Does disconnecting remove my ads?
No. Disconnecting only resets permissions. Existing ads are not deleted.
Do I need to select all Pages?
Yes. If a Page is not selected during Meta authorization, it will not appear later.
Can I repeat this process?
Yes. You can disconnect and reconnect at any time to update Page access.
