FAQ
Can I link multiple Facebook Pages to one store?
Yes. Multiple Facebook Pages can be connected to a single Kyrios store.
Are recurring products supported?
No. Only one-time (non-recurring) products can be synced to Meta Marketplace.
What if my Facebook Page does not have the “E-commerce Website” category?
You can add it by going to Facebook Page > About > Contact and Basic Info and updating the category.
Why does my inventory show as 999 in Meta Commerce Manager?
Meta requires a numeric inventory value.
If inventory tracking is disabled or out-of-stock selling is enabled, Meta defaults to 999.
Can I temporarily disable product syncing?
Yes. Product sync can be toggled on or off per store or page in the Shops tab.
How do I reconnect the integration if it was already connected?
Disconnect the integration in Kyrios, remove Kyrios and LeadConnector from Facebook Business Integrations, then reconnect and grant all permissions.
What does the “Catalog Management is disabled” error mean?
It means required permissions were not granted.
Reconnect the integration and ensure all catalog permissions are enabled during setup.
