Use this when you need to manage ads from a different Facebook profile or when your current Facebook connection does not include the correct pages or Instagram profiles.
How Facebook Account Switching Works in Kyrios
Kyrios AI Ads Manager relies on your active Facebook profile session.
Switching Facebook profiles or adding pages must be done inside Facebook, not directly inside Kyrios.
Steps to Switch or Add a Facebook Account
Step 1: Open Your Active Facebook Profile
Log in to Facebook in the same browser you use for Kyrios.
Confirm you are logged into the Facebook profile currently connected to Kyrios.
Step 2: Switch Facebook Profiles
Click your profile picture in Facebook.
Select Switch next to your profile name.
Choose the Facebook profile you want to use.
If the profile you need is not listed, it must be added to Facebook first before continuing.
Step 3: Open Facebook Account Management
After switching profiles, a Facebook pop-up window will appear.
Click Manage Settings inside the pop-up.
This screen controls which assets Kyrios can access.
Step 4: Select Pages and Instagram Accounts
Inside Manage Settings, select:
Facebook Pages
Instagram profiles
Ad-related assets associated with the profile
Confirm all required assets are checked.
Save your changes.
Step 5: Refresh Kyrios AI Ads Manager
Return to Kyrios.
Refresh the browser page.
Open AI Ads Manager again.
The newly selected Facebook and Instagram assets will now be available.
Common Issues and Fixes
Facebook Page or Instagram Account Not Showing
Ensure the asset is selected in Facebook Manage Settings.
Confirm you have admin or advertiser permissions on the Page or Instagram account.
Refresh Kyrios after making changes.
Wrong Facebook Profile Still Connected
Verify the correct profile is active in Facebook before opening Kyrios.
Log out of Facebook completely, then log back in with the correct profile.
Changes Not Applying in Kyrios
Clear browser cache or open Kyrios in an incognito window.
Reconnect the Facebook integration if assets still do not appear.
Important Notes
Kyrios cannot switch Facebook profiles for you.
All account and asset selection is controlled by Facebook.
Kyrios reads whatever profile and permissions Facebook provides at the time of connection.
