Connect a new Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Spotify, Bing, Snapchat, or TikTok ad account
Troubleshoot missing ad accounts or pages
How Ad Account Connections Work
All advertising platforms are connected using the same process in Kyrios.
The steps below use Facebook (Meta) as the example, but the same workflow applies to:
Bing Ads
Google Ads
LinkedIn Ads
TikTok Ads
Spotify Ads
Snapchat Ads
Connect a Facebook Ad Account
Open the Connect Platform Menu
Go to AI Ads Manager.
Select the Brands tab.
Choose Facebook.
Select Connect.
Select Your Facebook Profile
Choose the Facebook profile you want to use.
Grant permission to view your business pages.
This permission is required to create and manage ads for those pages.
Select Ad Account, Page, and Instagram Account
Choose the Facebook ad account you want to connect.
Select Accept.
Choose the Facebook page associated with the ads.
Select the connected Instagram account (if applicable).
Once selected, the platform connection is complete.
Choose Campaign Settings
After connecting the platform, you can:
Select your campaign objective
Choose a special advertising category (if required)
This step prepares the account for ad creation inside Kyrios.
Connect Other Advertising Platforms
Connecting Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok ad accounts follows the same steps:
Open Connect Platform
Select the platform
Sign in and grant permissions
Choose the ad account
No additional setup steps are required.
Common Issues and Fixes
Ad Account Does Not Appear
If your ad account is not listed:
Confirm the selected Facebook profile has access in Facebook Ad Manager
Verify the profile is assigned to the ad account with admin or advertiser permissions
Facebook Pages Do Not Appear
If Facebook pages are missing:
Your Facebook or Instagram account is not linked to the ad account
Open Facebook Ad Manager
Link the Facebook page and Instagram account to the ad account
After linking, return to Kyrios and reconnect the platform.

Do I need to repeat this process for each platform?
Yes. Each advertising platform must be connected individually, but the steps are the same for all platforms.
Can I connect multiple ad accounts?
Yes. You can connect multiple ad accounts across supported platforms inside the same Kyrios account.
What permissions are required?
You must use a profile with access to:
The ad account
The associated Facebook page
The connected Instagram account (if applicable)
Why does Kyrios need page access?
Page access is required so Kyrios can create ads, assign creatives, and manage placements correctly.
