Who this is for / When to use

Use this guide if you just created a Kyrios account (or a new workspace) and want to run ads through AI Ads Manager.

Before you start

  • You need access to your business website (recommended) or your brand details (logo, description, colors).

  • You need admin access to the ad accounts you plan to connect (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Step-by-step setup

1) Access the platform

  1. Log in to Kyrios.

  2. After account creation, you land on the Advertise tab.

  3. Initial setup starts in Brand Context (top navigation).

Expected result: You can see the Brand Context tab in the top navigation.

2) Set up Brand Context

  1. Go to Brand Context (top navigation).

  2. Enter your business website URL.

  3. Click Generate.

Kyrios scans your site and attempts to auto-fill:

  • Brand name

  • Logo

  • Product/service description

  • Industry

If you don’t have a website (manual setup)

  1. In Brand Context, manually enter:

    • Brand name

    • Short description

    • Detailed product/service description

    • Industry

  2. Upload your brand logo.

  3. Set Primary and Secondary brand colors.

    • Enter HEX codes (recommended for accuracy), or use the color picker.

Why colors matter: Primary/Secondary colors influence the look of generated ad assets (images/videos).

Expected result: Brand Context is complete and saved with accurate brand details and colors.

3) Add tone & language instructions (optional)

  1. Go to the Instructions tab.

  2. Add guidance such as:

    • First-person vs third-person voice

    • Emoji/hashtag preferences

    • Audience style (e.g., “college students”, “regional slang”)

    • Tone (e.g., professional, playful)

Expected result: Kyrios uses your instructions to better match brand voice in generated ad copy/creative.

4) Connect ad accounts

  1. Return to Advertise.

  2. Click Connected Accounts.

  3. Choose a platform (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and click Connect.

  4. In the pop-up:

    • Log in to the platform

    • Grant the requested permissions (including access to pages/ad accounts)

After connecting:

  1. Select the correct Facebook Page and Ad Account from the dropdowns (if applicable).

  2. Confirm linked Instagram accounts populate automatically (if applicable).

  3. Verify the platform shows a green dot (✅ connected).

Expected result: Each required platform shows as connected, and the correct page/ad account is selected.

Troubleshooting common issues

Missing Facebook Page or Ad Account

Symptoms: Your page/ad account doesn’t appear in the Kyrios dropdown.

Fix:

  1. Go to Advertise → Connected Accounts.

  2. Click Edit next to the platform connection.

  3. Re-open the permission settings in the platform pop-up.

  4. Ensure the missing pages and ad accounts are selected/granted.

  5. Save and refresh Kyrios, then re-check the dropdown.

Missing Instagram account

Symptoms: Instagram doesn’t populate after Meta connection.

Fix:

  1. In Facebook, go to Page Settings → Linked Accounts.

  2. Link the Instagram account to the correct Facebook Page.

  3. Return to Kyrios and refresh/reconnect the Meta connection.

Tips for best results

  • Spend time on Brand Context, as it directly affects ad quality and relevance.

  • Keep Instructions specific (tone, audience, do/don’t phrases) to reduce rewrites.

  • Before launching your first campaign, confirm every required connection shows connected and the correct page/ad account is selected.
