Who this is for / When to use
Use this guide if you are new to Kyrios or setting up a new workspace and want a clear, ordered path from login to live campaigns.
Step 1: Learn platform navigation
Understanding where things live in Kyrios helps you move faster and avoid setup mistakes.
What to focus on:
Advertise: Create, launch, and manage ad campaigns
Brand Context: Define brand details used by AI-generated ads
Instructions: Control brand voice, tone, and language
Connected Accounts: Manage ad platform integrations
Outcome: You know which section to use for setup, launching, and optimization.
Step 2: Set up ad accounts and payments
Before launching campaigns, you must have active ad accounts and payment methods on each advertising platform.
What this step covers:
Creating ad accounts directly in platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok
Adding and verifying a valid payment method
Ensuring you have admin or advertiser permissions
Important: Kyrios cannot launch campaigns without active ad accounts and billing set up on the ad platform itself.
Outcome: Your ad accounts are ready to be connected to Kyrios.
Step 3 (Optional): Import existing campaigns
If you already have live or past campaigns, you can bring them into Kyrios.
When to use this step:
You have existing campaigns running outside Kyrios
You want centralized management and optimization
What happens:
Imported campaigns become visible inside Kyrios
You can monitor and manage them from one place
Outcome: All campaigns—new and existing—are managed within Kyrios.
Step 4: Prompt and launch campaigns
Kyrios uses AI prompting to simplify campaign creation.
What to do:
Provide clear prompts describing your offer, audience, and goals
Review AI-generated copy and creative
Confirm targeting and budget before launch
Best practice: Be specific in prompts to reduce revisions and improve initial performance.
Outcome: Your campaigns are live on the selected ad platforms.
Step 5: Edit and optimize campaigns
After launch, ongoing management helps improve results.
What you can do next:
Edit campaign copy, creatives, or budgets
Pause or resume campaigns as needed
Optimize based on performance data
Outcome: Your campaigns remain aligned with goals and performance expectations.
