This article can help if:
You are not receiving your login security code.
You see an error after entering your login details.
The login page gets stuck and does not redirect.
You see a web server or unknown error.
Kyrios says your user does not exist in the account.
Before You Start
Make sure you are using the correct Kyrios login email.
If available, try logging in with Google Chrome. This may help if you are having trouble receiving a two-factor authentication code.
Also try these quick checks:
Refresh the login page.
Try a private or incognito browser window.
Try a different browser.
Confirm that cookies are allowed for the Kyrios login page.
Temporarily turn off any VPN, antivirus web protection, or secure Wi-Fi filtering tool.
Try logging in from a different internet connection, such as mobile data.
Do not permanently disable your security tools. Only turn them off temporarily to test whether they are blocking login.
Error: Unable to Log You In at This Time
This error may happen when your internet provider, VPN, antivirus software, or browser protection tool blocks part of the Kyrios login process.
Common tools or services that may interfere with login include:
Verizon Fios Home Network Protection
CenturyLink secure Wi-Fi features
Xfinity xFi Advanced Security
Spectrum Security Shield
McAfee Web Protection
VPN tools such as NordVPN
Browser extensions that inspect or modify secure traffic
To fix this issue:
Temporarily turn off your VPN, antivirus web protection, secure Wi-Fi feature, or browser protection tool.
Refresh the Kyrios login page.
Try logging in again.
If login works, the security tool was likely blocking the login process.
Turn your security tool back on after testing.
Adjust the tool’s settings or allowlist the Kyrios login page if needed.
If the error continues, contact Kyrios Support and include the exact error message, browser name, device type, and internet provider.
Error: Not Able to Send the Security Code at This Time
This error means Kyrios could not send your login security code to the available verification method.
To fix this issue:
Confirm that you are using the correct Kyrios login email.
Check your email inbox for a message containing your login security code.
Check your spam or junk folder.
If you expected the code by phone, confirm that your user profile has a valid phone number.
If you cannot update your phone number, contact your account admin.
If you are the account admin and cannot access the account, contact Kyrios Support.
Only an authorized account admin or Kyrios Support can help update login verification details when you cannot access the account.
Error: User Does Not Exist in This Account
This error means your login email is not currently connected to the Kyrios account you are trying to access.
This may happen if:
You are using the wrong login email.
You were not added as a user in the account.
Your user access was removed.
You are trying to access the wrong account.
To fix this issue:
Confirm the exact email address you are using to log in.
Ask your account admin to confirm that your user profile exists in the account.
Ask your account admin to confirm that your email address is spelled correctly.
If you were not added to the account, ask your account admin to invite you.
If you should have access but still see this error, contact Kyrios Support.
You must be added to the correct Kyrios account before you can log in.
Login Page Gets Stuck and Does Not Redirect
If the login page gets stuck after you enter your login details, your browser may be blocking cookies, storing outdated site data, or using a security tool that interferes with the login session.
To fix this issue:
Make sure cookies are allowed for https://app.kyriossystems.com.
Try logging in from a private or incognito browser window.
Try a different browser.
Temporarily turn off your VPN or browser protection tool.
Refresh the Kyrios login page.
Try logging in again.
If the page is still stuck, clear site data for the Kyrios login page.
A VPN or browser protection tool may prevent the login page from redirecting correctly.
Check Whether a VPN or Security Tool Is Blocking Login
Some VPNs, antivirus tools, and browser protection tools inspect secure website traffic. This can stop the Kyrios login page from loading or redirecting correctly.
To check this in Chrome:
Open the Kyrios login page.
Select the lock icon in the browser address bar.
Select the connection or certificate details.
Review the certificate issuer.
If the certificate issuer shows a VPN, antivirus, or web protection tool, temporarily disable that tool.
Refresh the Kyrios login page.
Try logging in again.
If login works after disabling the tool, update that tool’s settings or allowlist the Kyrios login page.

This error may happen when your browser has outdated or corrupted site data for the Kyrios login page.
To fix this issue, clear site data for the Kyrios login page.
Clearing site data may sign you out of Kyrios in that browser. It does not delete your Kyrios account, account data, contacts, workflows, settings, or saved information.

FAQ
Why am I not receiving my login security code?
You may not receive your login security code if the email went to spam, your phone number is missing or incorrect, or Kyrios cannot send the code to your available verification method. Check your spam folder first. If the code should go to your phone, ask your account admin to confirm your phone number.
What should I do if Kyrios says my user does not exist in this account?
Confirm that you are using the correct login email. Then ask your account admin to confirm that your user profile exists in the correct Kyrios account.
Why does the login page get stuck?
The login page may get stuck if cookies are blocked, your browser has outdated site data, or a VPN or browser protection tool is interfering with the secure login session.
Will clearing site data delete my Kyrios account?
No. Clearing browser site data does not delete your Kyrios account or account data. It only removes locally stored browser data for the Kyrios login page.
Should I permanently turn off my VPN or antivirus software?
No. Temporarily turn off a VPN or browser protection tool only to test whether it is blocking login. Turn your security tools back on after testing.
Who can update my phone number for login verification?
Your account admin can update your user profile if they have the correct permissions. If no account admin can access the account, contact Kyrios Support.
What should I send Kyrios Support if I still cannot log in?
Send your login email address, exact error message, browser name, device type, internet provider, VPN or security tool details, and a screenshot or screen recording of the issue. Do not send passwords or full security codes.
