What Multiple Phone Numbers Are
The Multiple Phone Numbers feature allows you to store multiple phone numbers on a single contact record in Kyrios. Each contact can have:
One primary phone number
Additional phone numbers
Country code selection for each number
A label or type for each number
The primary phone number is the default number Kyrios uses for standard outbound calls, SMS, and workflow communication unless another number is specifically configured.
Open the Contact Record
Go to Contacts from the left navigation menu. Search for the contact, then click the contact row to open the full contact record.
Add Another Phone Number
In the contact record, go to the All fields tab. Find the Phone field, then click the + icon beside the phone field. Enter the additional phone number and select the correct country code. Click Save to apply the change.
Set the Primary Phone Number
A contact can have multiple phone numbers, but only one number can be marked as primary. Select the radio button beside the phone number that should be the primary number. The primary number is used first for standard outbound communication.
Click Save after changing the primary number.
Edit or Remove a Phone Number
Open the contact record and locate the phone number section. To edit a number, click into the number field and update it. To remove a number, use the delete or trash icon beside that number. Click Save after editing or removing a phone number.
Use Cases for Multiple Phone Numbers
Multiple phone numbers help teams keep communication accurate when one contact uses different numbers for different situations. Common use cases include:
Sales teams storing mobile and work numbers for a lead.
Support teams saving backup contact numbers for clients.
Agencies storing personal and professional numbers for a contact.
Vendor records that include billing, operations, or direct-line numbers.
Emergency or priority clients who require more than one contact option.
