What a One-Step Order Form Does
A One-Step Order Form displays checkout details on a single page.
Customers can review:

Product Setup Prerequisite
Products must be added to the same funnel step before the One-Step Order Form can display and charge for them.
Before adding the order form element, create the product and price you want to sell.
Add Products to the Funnel Step
Go to Sites in the left menu.
Click Funnels.
Open the funnel.
Select the funnel step where the order form will be used.
Click the Products tab.
Click + Add Product.
Select the Product
Use the Products dropdown to select the product for the funnel step. If the product does not exist yet, click the inline link to create a new product.
Select the Price and Display Name
After selecting a product, choose the product price.
You can also configure:
Product name: Controls the product name shown on the order form.
Price display override: Customizes how the price appears on the order form.
Configure Product Options
Click Additional Options to configure how the product behaves on the order form.
Available options include:
Mark the item as a Main Product
Mark the item as a Bump Product
Allow multiple quantities
Set the maximum units per order
Repeat this process for each product that should be available on the funnel step.
Adding the One-Step Order Form
After products are attached to the funnel step, add the One-Step Order Form element inside the funnel builder. Open the funnel step and click Edit to enter the builder.
Add the One-Step Order Element
Click the + icon in the top-left corner.
Search for order.
Under Order Elements, select 1 Step Order.
Drag the element into the funnel page.
Configure Form Fields
Click the One-Step Order Form element. In the right settings panel, open Form Options. Use these settings to control the fields shown on the form, including:
Headline
Sub headline
Company name
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Shipping fields
Configure Checkout Options
Use the checkout settings to control how products and purchase options appear. Available options may include:
Enable cart mode
Show product description
Show pricing information
Enable order bump
Enable coupon codes
Enable terms and conditions
Style the Order Form
Use the Color settings to match the order form to your brand.
You can update:
Button color
Button text color
Input background color
Preview and Publish
Before publishing, click Preview to test the order form. Confirm that:
The correct product appears
The correct price appears
Quantity settings work as expected
Required fields work correctly
Payment can be completed in test mode, when applicable
After testing, click Publish.
Common Issues and Fixes
Products do not appear in the One-Step Order Form
Make sure the product and at least one price are added in the Products tab for the same funnel step.
Customers cannot buy multiple quantities
Go to Products → Additional Options, enable Allow multiple quantity, and set the maximum units per order.
The price looks different from what was expected
Check the selected price under the funnel step’s Products tab. Also check whether Price display override is being used.
The form looks too crowded
Disable nonessential fields in Form Options. A One-Step Order Form works best when only the required checkout fields are shown.
