This article explains how to add a one-time product to a Kyrios funnel, attach it to an order form, and publish the funnel so customers can complete a purchase.

Updated over 2 months ago

Step 1: Open the Funnel You Want to Edit

  1. Go to Sites > Funnels.

  2. Locate and select the funnel you want to modify.

What this shows:
The Funnels dashboard listing all funnels, including last updated timestamps and step counts.

Step 2: Open the Order Form Step

  1. Inside the funnel, click the Order Form step from the left-hand Funnel Steps panel.

What this shows:
The funnel editor with the Order Form step selected and the Products tab highlighted.

Step 3: Add a One-Time Product to the Funnel

  1. In the Order Form step, click the Products tab.

  2. Click + Add Product.

  1. In the product panel:

    • Select an existing product.

    • Select an existing one-time price.

    • Confirm the product name.

    • Choose whether it is a Main Product or Bump Product.

  2. Click Save.

Important:
Products must already exist under Payments > Products before they can be selected here.

Step 4: Open the Funnel Page Editor

  1. Return to the Overview tab.

  2. Click Edit or Edit in a New Tab to open the page builder.

What this shows:
The Overview tab with Edit options for launching the page builder.

Step 5: Add an Order Form Element to the Page

  1. In the page builder, open Elements from the left sidebar.

  2. Scroll to Order Elements.

  3. Drag either:

    • 1 Step Order, or

    • 2 Step Order
      onto the page.

Step 6: Customize the Order Form (Optional)

  1. Click the order form element.

  2. Use the right-side settings panel to:

    • Adjust layout and styling

    • Configure Shipping and Info tabs (for two-step forms)

    • Modify visible labels and design options

Important Behavior:
Changing field labels does not change where data is stored.
For example, an Email field will always populate the contact’s email field, even if the label text is changed.

Step 7: Save and Publish the Funnel

  1. Click Save.

  2. Click Publish to make the funnel live.

  3. Use the Preview (eye icon) to test the checkout flow.

Step 8: Confirm the Product Displays Correctly

When previewing the funnel:

  • The product name and price should appear automatically.

  • “Dynamic Item” and “Price” labels are placeholders and resolve at runtime.

Common Issues and Fixes

The product does not appear on the order form

  • Confirm the product was added under the Products tab before adding the order form element.

  • Save the funnel and refresh the preview.

The order form shows “Dynamic Item.”

  • This is expected in the editor.

  • Preview or publish the funnel to see the actual product name and price.

Checkout says “Test Mode.”

  • Go to the funnel Settings tab.

  • Switch Payment Mode from Test to Live before sharing with customers.

FAQ

Can I add more than one product to a funnel step?

Yes. You can add multiple products, but only one can be marked as the Main Product. Additional products can be set as Bump Products.

What is the difference between a one-step and a two-step order form?

A one-step order form collects all information on a single page.
A two-step order form collects contact details first, then payment information.

Can I use this method for subscription products?

No. Subscription products must be configured through Stripe before being added to a funnel. This article applies only to one-time products.

If I rename a field label, does it change where data is saved?

No. Label changes affect display only. Data always maps to the original contact field.
