Updated over 2 months ago

Who This Is For / When to Use

  • Accounts selling products, services, or digital offers through funnels or websites

  • Teams optimizing checkout flow and conversion rates

  • Users deciding between faster checkout vs. better lead capture

What Is a One-Step Order Form?

A one-step order form collects all required information in a single view.

This includes:

  • Contact information

  • Shipping information (if applicable)

  • Payment details

When the visitor clicks Complete Order, the order is processed immediately and payment is captured.

What Is a Two-Step Order Form?

A two-step order form splits the checkout process into two stages:

  • Step 1: Contact and shipping information

  • Step 2: Payment details

If the visitor completes Step 1 but abandons Step 2, their contact information is still saved.
