Who This Is For / When to Use

This article is for users building funnels that require:

  • Multiple products on one checkout page

  • Quantity selectors for products

  • A cart-style checkout experience

Use Cart Mode when you want customers to choose what they buy and how many units in a single order.

What Cart Mode Does

When Cart Mode is enabled:

  • Customers can add multiple products to one order form.

  • Customers can select quantities per product.

  • You can control maximum quantity limits per product.

  • The same order form supports both single-product and multi-product checkouts.

Key Features

  • Multiple Quantities Per Product
Customers can purchase more than one unit of the same product.

  • Multi-Product Cart Experience
Multiple products can appear on a single order form.

  • One-Step and Two-Step Support
Cart Mode works on both order form types.

  • Quantity Limits
Set per-product maximums between 1 and 999 units.

Step 1: Open the Funnel Step With Your Order Form

  1. Go to Sites from the left sidebar.

  2. Select Funnels.

  3. Open the funnel that contains your checkout.

  4. Click the funnel step that uses a One-Step or Two-Step Order Form.

Step 2: Enable Cart Mode on the Order Form

  1. Click directly on the One-Step or Two-Step Order Form element.

  2. The settings panel opens on the right.

  3. Toggle Enable Cart Mode ON.

This immediately allows multiple products to be added to the order form.

Step 3: Set Quantity Limits for Products

Quantity limits are controlled at the product level, not on the order form itself.

  1. Go back to the Funnel Overview.

  2. Click Products at the top.

  3. Select the product you want to configure.

  4. Expand Additional Options.

  5. Toggle Allow multiple quantity to be purchased.

  6. Set the Maximum units per order (1–999).

  7. Click Save.

Important Notes About Cart Mode

  • Quantity limits apply per product, not per order.

  • Cart Mode must be enabled on the order form and quantity enabled on the product.

  • Changes take effect immediately once saved.

Common Issues and Fixes

  • Cart Mode toggle not visible
Ensure you are clicking the actual order form element, not the page background.

  • Quantity selector not showing
Confirm that Allow multiple quantity to be purchased is enabled for that product.

  • Only one product showing
Add additional products to the funnel step under Products.
