Product Setup Overview
Creating a sellable product requires four separate tasks:
Create the product under Payments > Products.
Configure the product information, pricing, taxes, variants, and search settings.
Add the product and price to a funnel step.
Add an order element to that funnel step and publish the page.
Saving a product does not automatically add it to a funnel or checkout page.
Open the Products Page
Go to Payments.
Select Products.
Click Create Product.
You can use either the Create Product button shown on an empty Products page.
Enter the Product Information
The Product Information section controls how the product is named, described, organized, and displayed.
Open Product Information.
Enable Include in Online Store when the product should appear in a Kyrios store.
Enter a required product title.
Enter an optional product description.
Enable Product Label when you want to assign a label such as New or Featured.
Select an existing product collection when the product belongs to a grouped catalog.
The title can appear in product selectors, checkout experiences, and public product listings.
Upload Product Media
Product media gives customers a visual reference for the item they are purchasing.
Locate the Product Media section.
Click the upload area or drag a file into it.
Upload a supported SVG, PNG, JPG, or GIF image.
Confirm that the uploaded image displays correctly before saving.
Follow the image dimensions and file requirements displayed in the product editor.
Configure Product Tax Settings
The product tax settings determine which tax category applies and whether tax is included in the displayed price.
Select a Product Tax Code when automatic tax calculation is enabled.
Under Include tax in prices, select one of the following:
As per Global Settings: The product follows the account-wide tax configuration.
Yes: The displayed product price includes tax.
No: Tax is added separately from the displayed price.
Enable Attach Tax Rates when you need to assign tax rates manually.
When no product-specific tax category is selected, Kyrios uses the applicable default tax configuration.
Configure a One-Time Price
Use a one-time price when the customer should be charged once.
Open the Pricing section.
Select One-time as the price type.
Enter the amount.
Select the currency.
Enter an optional compare-at price.
Enable Track Inventory when the product has limited availability.
Open Additional options to configure any available advanced settings.
Enter an optional price description.
Enable Membership Offer only when the price should be connected to a supported membership offer.
Click Add another price when the product needs more than one pricing option.
The compare-at price can display an original price beside the amount being charged.
Configure a Recurring Price
Use a recurring price when the customer should be charged on a repeating billing schedule.
Enter a pricing name that identifies the plan.
Select Recurring as the price type.
Enter the recurring amount.
Select the currency.
Choose a billing period.
Enter an optional trial period.
Enter an optional number of payments.
Enter an optional setup fee.
Enable inventory tracking only when subscription availability must be limited.
Enter an optional price description.
Recurring prices can be used for subscriptions, retainers, memberships, and repeating services.

A recurring price requires a billing period. Available billing periods can include:
Daily.
Weekly.
Monthly.
Yearly.
Custom.
Select the period that matches how often the customer should be charged.
Understand One-Time and Recurring Prices
One-Time Price
A one-time price charges the customer once. Common uses include:
Setup fees.
Consultations.
Single products.
One-time services.
Event tickets.
Recurring Price
A recurring price charges the customer according to the configured billing period. Common uses include:
Monthly services.
Memberships.
Software subscriptions.
Coaching plans.
Annual renewals.
A product can have multiple prices when customers need different payment options.
Add a Trial to a Recurring Price
A trial delays the first recurring charge for the specified number of days.
Open the product.
Go to Pricing.
Select Recurring as the price type.
Enter the amount.
Select the billing period.
Enter the number of trial days in Trial Period.
Enter an optional setup fee.
Enter an optional number of payments.
Save the product.
The Trial Period value is measured in days. A value of 10 creates a 10-day trial, even when the billing period is monthly or yearly.

Variants represent different versions of the same product, such as sizes, colors, plans, or access levels.
Open the Variants section.
Enter an option name, such as:
Size.
Color.
Access Plan.
Course Level.
Enter the option values, such as:
Small, Medium, Large.
Black, Blue, Red.
Basic, Premium, Pro.

Enable inventory tracking when each variant has limited stock.
Enter the available quantity for each variant.
Each variant can have its own pricing and inventory quantity.
Configure the Search Engine Listing
The Search Engine Listing section controls the product’s search title, search description, and public URL handle.
Open Search Engine Listing.
Enter an SEO title.
Enter an SEO description.
Review or edit the handle.
Use a short, readable handle that identifies the product.
The handle becomes part of the product URL, such as /product/product-name. Search Engine Listing settings are most relevant when the product appears in a public online store.
Save the Product
After completing the required product fields, click Save. The product editor can display a Save button at the top and bottom of the page. Both buttons save the current product. Do not leave the editor until Kyrios confirms that the product was saved.
Make the Product Available in a Funnel
Creating a product under Payments does not automatically add it to a funnel.
To sell the product through a funnel:
Go to Sites.
Select Funnels.
Open the funnel that will contain the checkout page.
Add the Product to a Funnel Step
A product must be assigned to the funnel step that contains the order form.
Open the required funnel.
Select the funnel step where customers will complete payment.
Open the Products tab.
Click Add Product.
5. Select the Kyrios product.
6. Select the required price.
7. Confirm or edit the public product name.
8. Enter an optional price display override.
9. Open Additional Options when more configuration is required.
10. Click Save.
The selected price determines whether the checkout uses the one-time or recurring configuration.
Edit an Existing Funnel Step
Use an existing funnel step when you already have a page that should contain the checkout form.
Open the funnel.
Select the required step.
Click Edit under the page preview.
The Edit button opens the funnel page builder.
Create a New Funnel Step
Create a new funnel step when the funnel does not already contain a payment page.
Click Add New Step or Import.

Add a Section to the Checkout Page
An order element must be placed inside a section and row.

Select Sections.
Choose a section width.
Add the section to the page.
A full-width section provides enough space for most order forms.
Add a Row to the Section
Select Rows.
Choose a row layout.
Add the row inside the section.
A one-column row is suitable when the order form should use the full available width.
Add an Order Element
Select Elements.
Search for
order.Choose one of the following:
1 Step Order: Collects customer and payment details in one form.
2 Step Order: Separates customer information and payment into two stages.

Select the order element on the page.
Configure the available form settings.
Review the customer, shipping, payment, and button options.
Save the page.
Click Publish.
Preview the published page and complete a test purchase.

Confirm the Product Is Assigned to the Checkout Step
Before testing the checkout:
Return to the funnel.
Select the checkout step.
Open the Products tab.
Confirm that the correct product and price are selected.
Click Save after making changes.
A funnel step can display an order element but still fail to sell the intended product when no product is assigned to that step.

The final checkout should display the assigned product, price, order summary, payment fields, and purchase button.
Open the published checkout page.
Confirm that the correct product appears under Item.
Confirm that the quantity and price are correct.
Confirm that the order summary matches the selected product.
Confirm that the payment fields load.
Confirm that the Complete Order button is visible.
Complete a test purchase using an approved test payment method when available.
Do not publish the checkout for customers until the product name, amount, and payment button display correctly.
Physical Products
A physical product represents an item that requires delivery or shipment. Physical checkout behavior can include:
Shipping address fields.
Inventory tracking.
Variant-specific quantities.
Shipping or delivery settings.
Use a physical product for merchandise, printed materials, equipment, and other items delivered to the customer.
Digital Products
A digital product represents content delivered electronically. Digital checkout behavior can include:
No shipping address requirement.
Download access after purchase.
Files assigned at the product or variant level.
Access through the applicable customer area.
At least one valid digital file must be uploaded to the product or purchased variant before a Download option can appear. When no digital file is attached:
The Download button does not appear on the Thank You page.
The customer can see that no downloads are available.
Uploading a file later can make download access available.
Removing the file removes access to that download.
Add a Product to Other Sales Tools
A saved product and price can also be selected in supported Kyrios sales tools, including:
Invoices.
Recurring invoices.
Payment links.
Order forms.
Checkout pages.
Stores.
Membership offers.
The product must have a compatible price type for the sales tool being used. For example:
A one-time invoice shows one-time prices.
A recurring invoice shows recurring prices.
Common Issues and Fixes
The product does not appear in the funnel product selector
Confirm that:
The product was saved.
The product has an active price.
The price uses a supported currency.

The product may not be assigned to the same funnel step as the order element. Open the funnel step, select Products, add the product and price, and save the step.
The wrong price appears at checkout
The funnel step may be using a different price from the one you intended. Open the funnel step’s Products tab, select the correct price, and save the step again.
The product is unavailable during checkout preview
Inventory tracking may be enabled with an available quantity of zero. Open the product and either:
Increase the available quantity.
Disable inventory tracking.
The product does not appear on an invoice
Confirm that the invoice type matches the price type.

Yes. Use Add another price to create multiple one-time or recurring pricing options.
Each price can have its own amount, currency, billing configuration, and description.

A product can contain multiple prices when the product editor permits the required price configurations. Select the appropriate price when adding the product to an invoice, payment link, or funnel step.
Can I change the currency of an existing price?
An existing price may not allow its currency to be changed. Create a new price or product with the required currency.
What does Compare-at Price do?
Compare-at Price displays a reference or original price beside the amount being charged. It is commonly used to communicate a discount.
What unit does Trial Period use?
Trial Period is measured in days. Entering 30 Creates a 30-day trial regardless of whether the subscription bills monthly or yearly.
Can I limit the number of recurring payments?
Yes. Enter a value in Number of Payments when the recurring plan should stop after a defined number of charges. Leave the value empty when the subscription should continue until canceled.
Can I charge a setup fee for a subscription?
Yes. Enter the setup amount in Setup Fee while configuring the recurring price.
The setup fee is separate from the recurring charge.
Why can I not find a recurring product on a one-time invoice?
Kyrios filters available products according to price type. One-time invoices display one-time prices, while recurring invoices display recurring prices.
How do I edit a product?
Go to Payments > Products, open the product, update its information, and click Save. Editable areas can include product information, media, taxes, prices, variants, inventory, and search settings.
How do I change a physical product to digital?
Open the product and the applicable price or delivery settings. Change the delivery type to digital, assign the required file, and save the product.
Why is the Download button missing?
The Download button appears only when a valid digital file is assigned to the purchased product or variant. Upload the file and confirm that it is connected to the correct item.
Does saving a product make it available on a funnel?
No. You must separately open the funnel step, select Products, add the product and price, and save the step.
Does adding a product to a funnel create the order form?
No. Product assignment and page design are separate. Add the product under the funnel step’s Products tab, then add a one-step or two-step order element in the page builder.
Can I track inventory for each variant?
Yes. Enable inventory tracking and enter the available quantity for each generated variant. A variant with no available stock can become unavailable during checkout.
How do I confirm the checkout is ready?
Open the published page and confirm that the product name, quantity, price, order total, payment fields, and Complete Order button are all visible. Complete a test purchase before sending customers to the page.
