Setting Inventory Limits in Funnels

Inventory limits in funnels control how many units a customer can purchase per order.

Steps

  1. Go to Sites > Funnels.

  2. Open the funnel you want to edit.

  3. Select the funnel step that contains the product.

  4. Click the Product section.

  5. Click the three dots next to the product and select Edit.

  6. Scroll to Additional Options.

  7. Set Maximum Units per Order.

  8. Enter the desired limit (for example, 10).

  9. Click Save.

Result:
Customers cannot purchase more than the defined quantity per order.

Inventory Management in the E-Commerce Store

Inventory tracking for stores is managed from the Inventory page.

Accessing Inventory Management

  1. Go to Payments > Products.

  2. Open the Inventory dropdown.

From this page, you can:

  • View and edit SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)

  • Set available Quantity

  • Enable or disable Track Inventory

  • Choose Continue Selling When Out of Stock

Saving Changes

  • Click Save to apply inventory rules.

Result:
Inventory availability is enforced across your store and checkout flows.

  • Use Select All to apply actions to the current page.

Click Bulk Actions, then choose one option:

Update Available Quantity

  • Choose Add to increase inventory.

  • Choose Set to replace the existing quantity.

  • Preview affected variants.

  • Save changes.

Set Inventory Status

  • Enable or disable Track Inventory.

  • Enable or disable Continue Selling When Out of Stock.

  • Save changes.

Confirmation

A success message confirms that updates were processed.

Creating or Managing Product Pricing (Variants)

Pricing is managed per product or variant.

Steps

  1. Go to Payments > Products.

  2. Open the product.

  3. Click the three dots and select Edit.

  4. Navigate to the Variants section.

  5. Create or update pricing.

  6. Save changes.

SEO Settings for Products

SEO settings improve product visibility in search engines.

Configuring Product SEO

  1. Go to Payments > Products.

  2. Create a new product or edit an existing one.

  3. Scroll to the SEO section.

  4. Enter:

    • SEO Title

    • SEO Description

    • Custom Slug

  5. Select a Featured Image.

  6. Save changes.

Important Notes

  • SEO settings apply only when Product Listing is enabled.

  • Each product must have a unique slug.

  • The featured image is used in SEO previews.

  • SEO changes are reflected in the product URL.

How Inventory Limits Work for Customers

Product Display

  • Customers see available inventory on the product page.

  • Attempting to exceed stock limits triggers an error message.

Checkout Behavior

  • Orders process normally when stock is available.

  • When inventory reaches zero:

    • Products show as unavailable or

    • Continue selling if the option is enabled

Event Tickets

  • Set a fixed inventory count.

  • Sales automatically stop when inventory reaches zero unless overridden.

Multiple Variants

  • Inventory is tracked per variant.
