Setting Up an Online Store in Kyrios

Kyrios Online Store lets you sell one-time products through a website with built-in product pages, cart, checkout, and order fulfillment

What an Online Store Is

An online store is a website-based storefront that allows customers to:

  • Browse products

  • View product details

  • Add items to a cart

  • Complete checkout and payment online

Kyrios handles payments, order tracking, and fulfillment in one system.

Create Products for the Online Store

Products must be created before they can appear in the store.

Step 1: Go to Products

  1. Navigate to Payments > Products.

  2. Review existing products or create a new one.

Step 2: Enable Product for Online Store

  1. Open a product or click Create Product.

  2. Enable Include in Online Store.

  3. Enter the product title and description.

  4. Save the product.

Only products with this toggle enabled will appear in the store.

Step 3: Add Product Variants (Optional)

  1. Open the Variants tab.

  2. Add options such as Size, Color, or Material.

  3. Assign pricing per variant if needed.

Each variant can have its own price.

Activate the Online Store on a Website

Online stores can only be added to websites, not funnels.

Step 4: Add Store to Website Builder

  1. Open your website in the builder.

  2. Click the + icon to add elements.

  3. Select Store.

  4. Click Add to site.

Step 5: Store Setup in Progress

Kyrios automatically installs all required store components.

Store Pages Created Automatically

When the store is added, Kyrios creates five pages:

  • Products List

  • Product Details

  • Cart

  • Checkout

  • Thank You

These pages form the core shopping flow.

Customize Store Pages and Layout

You can fully customize spacing, layout, and styling.

Step 6: Edit Store Page Sections

  1. Select any store page (Products List, Cart, etc.).

  2. Click a section to edit.

  3. Adjust padding, margins, and layout settings.

Track Orders and Payments

All store activity is tracked automatically.

Where to View Orders

  • Payments > Orders β€” View customer orders

  • Payments > Transactions β€” View payment records and refunds

Orders show customer info, items purchased, and order status.

Fulfill Orders and Send Tracking Details

Orders are Unfulfilled by default.

Step 7: Open Order Details

  1. Go to Payments > Orders.

  2. Open an order.

  3. Click Fulfill Items.

Step 8: Add Shipment Tracking

  1. Enter tracking number.

  2. Select shipping carrier.

  3. Add tracking URL (optional).

  4. Enable Notify customer.

  5. Click Save.

Customers receive shipment updates automatically.

Delete an Online Store

Deleting the store removes all store data permanently.

Step 9: Delete the Store

  1. Open any store page.

  2. Delete the page.

  3. Confirm Delete Store when prompted.

This removes:

  • Store pages

  • Products associations

  • Orders and data

Important Notes and Limitations

  • Only one-time products can appear in the online store.

  • Subscription products must be sold using funnels and order forms.

  • Products are not included by default β€” each product must be enabled manually.

  • Coupons, receipts, automations, and triggers work automatically with stores.

  • You can create multiple stores in the same account.

FAQ

Can I sell recurring products in the online store?

No. Online stores support only one-time products. Use funnels for subscriptions.

Can I set different prices for product variants?

Yes. Each variant can have its own price.

Can I set different images per variant?

No. All product images display regardless of variant selection.

How do I mark orders as fulfilled?

Open the order and use Fulfill Items to add tracking and notify the customer.

Can I create multiple online stores?

Yes. Multiple stores can exist within the same account.

Can I add an online store to funnels?

No. Online stores can only be added to websites.
