What the Printful Integration Does
The Printful integration allows Kyrios to:
Import products from your Printful catalog
Sync product variants and descriptions
Automatically send customer orders to Printful
Receive fulfillment status and tracking updates
Keep your store and Printful in sync without manual work
Step 1: Install and Connect Printful
Go to Settings in Kyrios.
Open the App Marketplace.
Find and install Printful.
Click Connect.
Authorize Kyrios to access your Printful account.
Step 2: Authorize Store Access in Printful
Log in to your Printful account when prompted.
Review requested permissions:
Manage store orders
Manage store products
Manage store webhooks
Select an existing Printful store or create a new one.
Click Authorize.
Step 3: Import Products from Printful
After authorization, open your Kyrios Store.
Start the Product Import from Printful.
Select the products you want to import.
Imported products appear in your store catalog but are not live yet.
Step 4: Import Product Descriptions (Optional)
During import, Kyrios can automatically pull descriptions from Printful.
How description imports work
Product descriptions are pulled from Printful’s parent product
Imported descriptions can be edited later in Kyrios
Existing products are not overwritten
If a product is removed and reimported, the Printful description is reapplied
Future product updates will not override edited descriptions
Step 5: Edit and Publish Products
Open the imported product in Kyrios.
Review and edit:
Title
Description
Pricing
Media
Enable Include in Online Store.
Click Save.
Only published products are visible to customers.
Step 6: Customer Places an Order
Once products are live:
Customers purchase items through your Kyrios online store
Orders are automatically created in Printful
No manual order submission is required
Step 7: Automatic Fulfillment and Sync
When Printful fulfills the order:
Order status updates automatically in Kyrios
Tracking numbers sync back to the order
Customers receive fulfillment notifications

Common Issues and Fixes
Products Imported but Not Visible in Store
Cause:
Products are not published.
Fix:
Edit the product and enable Include in Online Store.
Orders Not Syncing to Printful
Cause:
Incorrect delivery address
Product not linked correctly
Integration disconnected
Fix:
Verify address details and confirm the Printful integration is connected.
Description Changes Not Updating
Cause:
Descriptions are not overwritten after import.
Fix:
Manually edit descriptions inside the product details page.

Will existing Printful products have their descriptions updated?
