Where Shipping Labels Can Be Printed From

Shipping labels and packing slips can be generated from:

  • The Order Details page

  • The Fulfillment flow

  • Partially fulfilled orders using the overflow menu

The same Print Shipping Labels option is used for both shipping labels and packing slips.

Step 1: Open an Order

  1. Go to Payments in the left-side menu.

  2. Click Orders.

  3. Select an ecommerce store order.

On the Order Details page, you will see the Print Shipping Labels button.

Step 2: Print Shipping Labels From Order Details

  1. On the Order Details page, click Print Shipping Labels.

  2. A PDF is generated containing:

    • Unfulfilled items

    • Fulfilled items (each fulfillment on a separate page)

This option prints labels for the entire order.

Step 3: Print Shipping Labels During Fulfillment

  1. In the Fulfillment(s) section, click Fulfill Items.

  2. Select the items and quantities being shipped.

  3. Enter tracking information if available.

  4. Click Print Shipping Labels.

  5. Click Save to complete fulfillment.

This prints labels only for the selected items.

Step 4: Print Labels From the Fulfillment Window

Inside the Fulfill Items modal:

  • Use Print Shipping Labels to generate a PDF for that shipment

  • Optionally notify the customer with tracking details

This is useful when shipping items separately.

Step 5: Print Labels for Partially Fulfilled Orders

  1. Open an order with multiple fulfillments.

  2. In the Fulfillment(s) table, click the three-dot menu.

  3. Select Print Shipping Labels.

Each fulfillment is printed on a separate page.

Important Notes

  • Ecommerce orders only: Labels and packing slips are available only for ecommerce store orders.

  • Multiple fulfillments: Each fulfillment generates its own page in the PDF.

  • Addresses: Billing and shipping addresses are currently the same on labels.

  • Packing slips: Generated using the same Print Shipping Labels button.
