How to Set Up an E-Commerce Online Store in Kyrios

Create a fully functional online store inside your website to display products, accept payments, and manage orders automatically.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this when you want to:

  • Sell products or services directly from your website

  • Accept payments online without third-party tools

  • Track orders, payments, and fulfillment in one system

  • Replace manual sales processes with automation

An online store allows customers to browse, select, and purchase from any device without needing direct interaction.


Step 1: Create and Configure Products

Before building your store, you must create products.

Navigate to:

Payments → Products

Steps:

  1. Click Create Product

  2. Enter product details:

    • Name

    • Description

    • Price

  3. Upload images or videos

  4. Add variants if needed:

    • Size

    • Color

    • Material

  5. Toggle “Show in Online Store” ON

Optional Enhancements:

  • Add rich text descriptions for better product detail pages

  • Upload multiple images or videos for better presentation

  • Set different pricing for each variant

Products will not appear in your store unless the display toggle is enabled.


Step 2: Add the Online Store to Your Website

You can add a store to an existing website or a new one.

Navigate to:

Sites → Website Builder

Steps:

  1. Open your website

  2. Click the “+” (Add Element) button

  3. Select Online Store

  4. Insert it into your page

Once added, the system automatically creates the core store structure.


Step 3: Understand the Default Store Pages

When you add a store, five pages are created automatically.

Products List Page

Displays all available products for browsing.

Product Details Page

Shows product descriptions, images, and variants.

Cart Page

Allows customers to review and modify selected items.

Checkout Page

Collects:

  • Customer details

  • Shipping information

  • Payment

Supports:

  • Card payments

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Thank You Page

Confirms successful order and payment.

These pages form the full buying experience from discovery to purchase.


Step 4: Customize Your Store Design

Each store element can be styled to match your brand.

Steps:

  1. Click any store element in the builder

  2. Open General Settings or Advanced Settings

  3. Adjust:

    • Layout

    • Colors

    • Spacing

    • Typography

You can also add additional sections around your store to improve the customer experience.


Step 5: Track Orders and Payments

Navigate to:

  • Payments → Orders

  • Payments → Transactions

What You Can Do:

  • View all orders

  • Track payment status

  • Issue refunds

  • Monitor transaction history

All purchases are automatically logged and tracked.


Step 6: Fulfill Orders and Send Tracking

Orders start as unfulfilled by default.

Steps:

  1. Open an order

  2. Mark it as Fulfilled

  3. Add:

    • Tracking number

    • Shipping provider

    • Tracking URL

This updates the order record and allows shipment tracking.


Common Issues and Fixes

Products not showing in the store

  • Ensure “Show in Online Store” is enabled for each product

Store not appearing on website

  • Confirm the Online Store element is added in the builder

Checkout not working

  • Verify payment settings are configured correctly

Missing product details

  • Check that descriptions and media are added in product setup

Can I sell recurring products in my online store?

No. Only one-time products are supported in the online store.


Can I customize pricing for product variants?

Yes. Each variant can have its own price.


Can I create multiple online stores?

Yes. You can create multiple stores within the same account.


Can I use the online store inside funnels?

No. Online stores can only be added to websites.


How do I delete an online store?

Delete any of the automatically created store pages. This removes the entire store and its data.


Can I set different images for each product variant?

No. Images are not currently tied to specific variants.
