What the Form Builder Pop-Up Does
The Form Builder Pop-Up opens the Form Builder inside a modal window layered directly over the Funnel Builder. This allows you to:
Edit forms without leaving the funnel page
Keep the funnel layout visible in the background
Access form fields, styling, and settings in one workspace
Save updates without reloading the funnel editor
Key Benefits
In-Funnel Editing
Edit forms directly inside Funnel Builder without navigating away from the page editor.
No Tab Switching
Make form changes from the same workspace without opening additional browser tabs.
Context Preservation
Keep your funnel page visible behind the form builder while editing.
Faster Workflow
Move between funnel editing and form editing more efficiently.
Centralized Form Management
Access form fields, styles, themes, and settings from the same pop-up interface.
Step 1: Open Funnels
From the left navigation menu, go to Sites. Click the Funnels tab at the top of the page.
This opens the Funnels dashboard where you can create, search, and manage funnel pages.
Step 2: Open or Create a Funnel
Locate the funnel you want to edit.
You can:
Use the Search for Funnels field to find an existing funnel
Click + New Funnel to create a new funnel
Open the funnel where you want to add or edit a form.
Step 3: Select a Funnel Step
Inside the funnel, click the Steps tab. Select the funnel step you want to edit.
Each funnel step represents a separate page within the funnel flow.
Examples include:
Landing pages
Schedule pages
Thank-you pages
Step 4: Open the Funnel Page Editor
Below the funnel step preview, click Edit.
You can choose:
Edit page details to manage page settings
Edit in a New Tab to open the Funnel Page Builder
This opens the page editor where form elements can be added or updated.
Step 5: Add a Form Element
Inside the Funnel Page Builder:
Click the + icon in the top toolbar
Open the Elements panel
Drag the Form element onto the page
The Form element creates a form container that can connect to an existing form or a newly created form.
Step 6: Choose an Existing Form or Create a New Form
When the Form Picker modal appears:
Use the dropdown to select an existing form
Click Click Here to create a new form
Creating a new form opens the Forms area where you can build and save a form before attaching it to the funnel page.
Step 7: Open the Form Builder Pop-Up
After selecting a form, use the settings panel on the right side of the page.
Click Edit form.
This launches the Form Builder Pop-Up directly inside Funnel Builder.
The funnel page remains visible behind the modal so you can continue editing with full layout context.
Step 8: Work Inside the Form Builder Pop-Up
The Form Builder opens as a large overlay modal inside Funnel Builder.
Inside the pop-up, you can:
Add fields using Quick Add
Insert custom fields
Edit form settings
Update styles and themes
Configure form behavior
Adjust layouts and spacing
Because the Funnel Builder remains visible in the background, you can edit forms while keeping the page structure and design context visible.
Step 9: Save Your Form Changes
After editing the form, click Save in the top-right corner of the Form Builder Pop-Up.
Saving applies the updates to the form and returns you to the Funnel Builder workflow without reloading the page.
Localization in the Form Builder
The Form Builder interface follows the language selected in your Kyrios account settings. Localized interface text may include:
Form labels
Button text
Instructional messages
Payment footer messaging
Product empty-state messages
General settings labels
Advanced settings labels
Tooltips
How Localization Works
Localization is controlled through your account language settings. When a supported language is selected, the Form Builder interface updates automatically. No additional setup is required.
Important Localization Notes
Localization applies to the Form Builder interface only. Custom text manually added inside forms is not translated automatically. Available translations depend on supported platform languages.
Common Issues and Fixes
