This update applies to users who:
Build funnels using forms or surveys
Edit form fields, styles, or themes frequently
Want a faster workflow without tab switching
Use this flow anytime you need to create or edit a form or survey inside a funnel.
What Changed
Previously, clicking Edit Form or Edit Survey opened the builder in a new browser tab.
Now, the Form Builder and Survey Builder open in a large modal (90% of the screen) directly inside the Funnel Builder.
This keeps your funnel context intact while editing.

How to Open the Form or Survey Builder
Open a funnel in the Funnel Builder.
Click on a Form or Survey element on the page.
In the right sidebar, click Edit Form or Edit Survey.
Editing in the Pop-Up Builder
After clicking Edit, the builder opens in a large modal overlay.
Within the pop-up, you can:
Add or rearrange fields
Switch themes
Adjust styling
Preview changes before saving
Saving and Returning to Your Funnel
Click Save in the top-right corner of the pop-up.
The modal closes automatically.
You are returned to the same funnel step with changes applied.
No reloads or redirects occur.
Notes and Behavior
This embedded pop-up experience is enabled by default for all users

Does this apply to both forms and surveys?
Yes. Both Form Builder and Survey Builder now open inside the Funnel Builder modal.
Do I lose any functionality in the pop-up?
No. All features available in the previous builder experience are still accessible.
Does this affect existing forms or surveys?
No. Existing forms and surveys work the same—only the editing experience has changed.
Will the builder still open in a new tab?
No. Editing now always opens in the embedded pop-up inside the Funnel Builder.
Can I preview before saving?
Yes. The Preview option is still available inside the modal.
