Forms & Surveys can be created, added, and managed directly inside the Funnel, Website, and E‑Commerce Builders.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this feature if you need to:

  • Add lead capture, checkout, registration, or subscription forms directly inside a funnel, website, or store page.

  • Reuse the same form across multiple funnels or pages.

  • Edit forms without leaving the builder experience.


Where to Find Forms & Surveys

Forms & Surveys are available inside the left builder panel.

Steps:

  1. Open a Funnel, Website, or E‑Commerce page.

  2. Open the left sidebar.

  3. Click Forms & Surveys.


Creating a New Form or Survey

You can create a brand-new form or survey without leaving the builder.

Steps:

  1. Open Forms & Surveys from the left panel.

  2. Click Create New Form or Create New Survey.

  3. A Form Builder opens in a 90% pop‑up window.

  4. Customize fields, styles, and settings.

  5. Click Save.


Adding an Existing Form or Survey

Existing forms and surveys can be reused across multiple funnels and pages.

Steps:

  1. Open Forms & Surveys.

  2. Click Add Existing Form or Add Existing Survey.

  3. Select an item from the Form Picker pop‑up.

  4. Drag and drop it into the page.


Prebuilt Form Templates

Prebuilt templates help you launch faster with common use cases.

Some available categories:

  • Application Form

  • Contact Form

  • Donation Form

  • Order Form

  • Registration Form

  • Request Form

  • Subscribe Form

Each template can be fully customized after insertion.


Editing a Form Inside the Builder

Forms can be edited after they are placed on the page.

Steps:

  1. Click the form element on the page.

  2. Click Edit Form.

  3. The Form Builder opens in a pop‑up.

  4. Modify fields, styles, or payments.

  5. Save changes.


Managing Form Fields

You can add, remove, and rearrange fields inside the Form Builder.

Some supported field types include:

  • Full Name, First Name, Last Name

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Date of Birth

  • Custom Fields

  • Payment fields (where applicable)


Using Payment Fields in Forms

Order and donation forms support payments.

Capabilities:

  • Product selection

  • Fixed or variable pricing

  • Checkout within the form


Subscribe Forms

Subscribe forms are optimized for email capture and compliance.

Features:

  • Email input field

  • Optional consent checkbox

  • Custom submit button text


Registration Forms

Registration forms support multi‑field data collection for events.

Common fields:

  • Contact details

  • Organization information

  • Address fields


Unified Forms & Surveys Management

Any form or survey created inside the builder is automatically added to the main Forms & Surveys list.

Benefits:

  • Reuse across multiple funnels and pages

  • Centralized updates

  • Consistent styling


Publishing Changes

Form changes are not live until the page is published.

Steps:

  1. Save the form.

  2. Click Publish in the builder.


Common Issues and Fixes

Form changes not visible

  • Ensure the page is published after saving form edits.

Unable to edit a form

  • Confirm the form is selected and click Edit Form, not the container.

Payment options missing

  • Use an Order or Donation form template.

Yes. Forms and surveys are stored centrally and can be reused across funnels, websites, and E‑Commerce pages.

Does editing a form update all locations?
