Where to Find Forms & Surveys
Forms & Surveys are available inside the left builder panel.
Steps:
Open a Funnel, Website, or E‑Commerce page.
Open the left sidebar.
Click Forms & Surveys.
Creating a New Form or Survey
You can create a brand-new form or survey without leaving the builder.
Steps:
Open Forms & Surveys from the left panel.
Click Create New Form or Create New Survey.
A Form Builder opens in a 90% pop‑up window.
Customize fields, styles, and settings.
Click Save.
Adding an Existing Form or Survey
Existing forms and surveys can be reused across multiple funnels and pages.
Steps:
Open Forms & Surveys.
Click Add Existing Form or Add Existing Survey.
Select an item from the Form Picker pop‑up.
Drag and drop it into the page.
Prebuilt Form Templates
Prebuilt templates help you launch faster with common use cases.

Editing a Form Inside the Builder
Forms can be edited after they are placed on the page.
Steps:
Click the form element on the page.
Click Edit Form.
The Form Builder opens in a pop‑up.
