Photo Gallery in Funnels and Website Builder

The Photo Gallery element lets you add and manage image galleries inside Funnels and Websites with customizable layouts, captions, and click actions.

What the Photo Gallery Does

The Photo Gallery element displays multiple images in a single component with layout and interaction controls.

Each gallery:

  • Uses one layout type.

  • Supports captions, descriptions, and links.

  • Is responsive on desktop and mobile.

Where to Find the Photo Gallery Element

The Photo Gallery is available inside the Funnel Builder and Website Builder.

You can add it from the element library while editing a page.

Add a Photo Gallery to a Funnel or Website

Step 1: Open the Funnel or Website Builder

  1. Go to Sites.

  2. Open Funnels or Websites.

  3. Click New Funnel or open an existing Funnel or Website.

  4. Open the page you want to edit.

Step 2: Edit the Page

  1. Hover over the page step.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Choose Edit page details or Edit in a New Tab.

Step 3: Insert the Photo Gallery Element

  1. Click Add Element.

  2. Select Elements from the left panel.

  3. Click Photo Gallery to add it to the page.

Add Images to the Photo Gallery

Upload or Select Images

  1. Click Add Image inside the Photo Gallery.

  2. Choose images from Media Storage or upload new files.

  3. Repeat to add multiple images.

Important behavior:
Images selected from third-party providers (such as Unsplash or Pixabay) are automatically copied to your account. They remain available even if removed from the original source.

Reorder or Manage Images

  • Drag images to change their order.

  • Use the three-dot menu to edit or delete individual images.

Edit Individual Image Settings

Each image supports the following fields:

  • Title (optional)

  • Description (optional)

  • Link URL

  • Image ALT text

You can also:

  • Replace the image file.

  • Remove the image from the gallery.

Customize Gallery Layout and Styling

Layout Options

You can choose one layout per gallery:

  • Grid

  • Masonry (vertical or horizontal)

Spacing and Columns

  • Set column count.

  • Adjust spacing between images.

Mobile Visibility

  • Control whether the gallery displays on desktop, mobile, or both.

  • Mobile responsiveness is enabled by default.

Performance and Optimization Options

Lazy Load

Enable Lazy Load to improve page performance on image-heavy galleries.

Load More Button

Enable Load More to limit initial image display and reveal more images on demand.

Common Issues and Fixes

Images look uneven in the grid layout

Use images with similar aspect ratios before uploading.

Gallery loads slowly

Enable Lazy Load or reduce the number of images displayed initially.

Image click does nothing

Ensure a click action (Lightbox or Link) is selected for each image.

FAQ

Can I use multiple layouts in one gallery?

No. Each Photo Gallery supports only one layout. You can add multiple galleries to the same page if needed.

Does the Photo Gallery work on mobile?

Yes. The gallery is responsive by default, and you can adjust visibility settings for mobile.

What image formats are supported?

JPEG, PNG, and GIF files are supported.

Can I link each image to a different URL?

Yes. Each image can have its own link and open in the same tab or a new tab.

Is there a limit to how many images I can add?

There is no hard limit, but for performance reasons, it is recommended to use around 20 images or enable Lazy Load.

What happens to images selected from Unsplash or Pixabay?

They are copied into your account automatically and remain available even if removed from the original provider.

Does the gallery resize images automatically?

Yes, images are fitted into the selected layout. For best results in Grid layouts, use consistent image dimensions.
