Facebook Post Sync in Social Planner

Facebook Post Sync imports recent Facebook Page posts into Social Planner so you can view synced posts and analytics in Kyrios.

What Facebook Post Sync Does

Facebook Post Sync brings recent Facebook Page posts into Social Planner.

Synced posts can appear in the Planner view and can be included in Social Planner reporting.

Facebook Post Sync requires a connected Facebook Page.

What Gets Synced

Facebook Post Sync can import supported Facebook Page content from the recent sync window.

Supported content includes:

  1. Text posts.

  2. Image posts.

  3. Video posts.

The standard sync window includes posts from the last 30 days. The first sync may import additional historical posts when available. Post insights refresh about every 24 hours.

Method 1: Enable Sync When Connecting Facebook

Go to Marketing β†’ Social Planner. Click Socials.

In the Connect socials window, turn on Sync Posts Automatically. Click Connect Facebook and finish connecting the Facebook Page.

After connection, Kyrios begins syncing supported Facebook Page posts in the background.

Method 2: Enable Sync for an Existing Facebook Connection

Go to Marketing β†’ Social Planner. Open Settings.

Select Social Accounts, then choose Facebook. Turn on Sync Posts for the Facebook Page you want to sync.

Kyrios begins syncing supported Facebook Page posts in the background.

How to Review Synced Posts

Open the Planner tab in Social Planner. Synced Facebook posts appear in the post list with other Social Planner content.

Use the page selector, date range, filters, and search field to review synced content.

How to Review Synced Facebook Analytics

Open the Statistics tab in Social Planner. The Statistics view shows social performance metrics such as post count, likes, followers, impressions, comments, and post performance.

If Kyrios cannot fetch analytics because permissions are missing or expired, a reconnect message appears.

Use Resolve Now to reconnect Facebook permissions and resume analytics syncing.

Important Sync Behavior

Facebook Post Sync only works for connected Facebook Pages. Synced posts are imported up to the current day based on UTC time. Syncing continues automatically after setup. Analytics and insights refresh about every 24 hours. If Facebook permissions expire, syncing may pause until the account is reconnected.

Common Issues and Fixes
