Use this guide if you want to:
Publish posts to LinkedIn from Kyrios.
Manage LinkedIn profiles and Pages alongside other social platforms.
Reconnect or verify an existing LinkedIn connection in the Social Planner.
Accessing the Social Planner
In the left navigation menu, click Marketing.
Select Social Planner at the top.
This opens the Social Planner dashboard where all connected social accounts are managed.
Starting a New LinkedIn Connection
In the Social Planner, click + New Account.
Select LinkedIn from the connection options.
This opens the social account connection modal.
Connecting LinkedIn
In the Connect a social account modal, click Connect LinkedIn.
You are redirected to LinkedIn to authorize access.
Review the requested permissions.
Click Allow to continue.
Kyrios requires these permissions to publish posts, manage Pages, and retrieve basic analytics.
Selecting LinkedIn Profile and Pages
After authorization, choose the LinkedIn profile you want to connect.
Select one or more LinkedIn Pages where you have admin access.
Click Allow to save the connection.
Only profiles and Pages with the required LinkedIn permissions will appear.
Verifying the LinkedIn Connection
Go to Social Planner Settings.
Open the Social Accounts tab.
Confirm the LinkedIn account status shows as Active with a validity timer.
If the status is expired, reconnect the account to restore posting access.
Managing Connected LinkedIn Accounts
Open Social Planner Settings.
Use the trash icon to remove a LinkedIn connection.
Reconnect at any time if permissions expire or change.
Account management controls are available only to users with the correct account permissions.
LinkedIn Posting Limitations
Posts published to LinkedIn Pages through any third-party tool, including Kyrios:
Do not include Share or Repost buttons.
This is a LinkedIn platform limitation and applies to all external publishing tools.
FAQ
Can I connect both my LinkedIn profile and LinkedIn Pages?
Yes. You can connect one LinkedIn profile and multiple LinkedIn Pages, as long as you have admin access to those Pages.
What permissions are required to connect LinkedIn?
You must allow permissions to post content, manage Pages, retrieve reporting data, and access basic profile information.
Can I schedule LinkedIn posts using the Social Planner?
Yes. Once connected, you can create, schedule, and publish LinkedIn posts directly from the Social Planner.
Why don’t I see my LinkedIn Page during setup?
Your LinkedIn Page will not appear unless your profile has admin or editor access on that Page. Verify permissions in LinkedIn, then reconnect.
Can I connect multiple LinkedIn Pages?
Yes. You can connect and manage multiple LinkedIn Pages under the same LinkedIn profile.
Why don’t my LinkedIn Page posts have “Share” or “Repost” options?
LinkedIn disables these options for Page posts published via third-party platforms. This is a LinkedIn restriction, not a Kyrios issue.
Do I need to reauthorize LinkedIn periodically?
Yes. LinkedIn connections expire after a set period. Reauthorize the account when the status shows Expired to restore posting access.
