What the Social Planner Supports

The Social Planner allows you to connect and manage multiple social channels from one tool.

Supported Platforms

  • Facebook Pages

  • Facebook Groups

  • Instagram

  • Google My Business

Important Limitation
Facebook personal profiles are not supported due to Facebook API restrictions.

Requirements Before Connecting

Before connecting a Facebook Page, confirm the following:

  • You are logged into the Facebook profile that has access to the Page.

  • You have Admin permissions on the Facebook Page.

  • The Page is a business Page, not a personal profile.

Connect Facebook Page(s) to the Social Planner

Steps

  1. In Kyrios, go to Marketing > Social Planner.

  2. Click Settings or the Gear icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Connect Facebook.

  4. When prompted, click Continue to grant permissions to LeadConnector.

  5. Select the Facebook Page(s) you want to connect.

  6. Complete the verification flow.


Result:
The selected Facebook Pages are now available in the Social Planner for posting.

Add Additional Facebook Pages Later

If you already connected Facebook Pages and want to add more, you must reset the connection.

Steps

  1. Open Facebook Settings.

  2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Business Integrations.

  3. Remove the LeadConnector application.

  4. Return to Marketing > Social Planner > Settings in Kyrios.

  5. Reconnect Facebook and select the additional Pages.

Facebook Page Types and Permissions

Facebook supports two Page experiences. Both are supported, but permissions differ.

Classic Pages

  • Follow the standard connection flow.

  • Admin access is sufficient.

New Page Experience

  • Requires the correct role access on the Page.

  • Ensure your profile has full control permissions before connecting.

Manage Connected Pages and Groups

You can manage all connected social accounts at any time.

How to Manage Connections

  • Open Marketing > Social Planner.

  • Click the Settings icon.

  • Add, remove, or change connected Pages and Groups.

Changes apply immediately.

Facebook API Update (Permission Fix)

The Social Planner uses an upgraded Facebook API.

What Changed

  • Resolved errors related to missing permissions.

  • Pages managed through Business Manager now connect correctly.

  • Users with Business Manager access can connect Pages without issues.
