Before You Start (Requirements)
You must confirm all of the following:
You have Admin access to the Facebook Page
You are logged into the Facebook profile that owns or manages the Page
You are connecting a Facebook Page (personal profiles are not supported)
Facebook API restrictions do not allow posting to personal Facebook profiles.
Step 1: Open Social Planner Settings
In your account, go to Marketing > Social Planner.
Click the Settings tab or the gear icon in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Open Social Integration
In Social Planner Settings, select Social Accounts.
Confirm you are on the Social Integration section.
Step 3: Start a New Facebook Connection
Click + Connect Social.
Select Connect Facebook.
Step 4: Approve Facebook Permissions
When prompted, review the permissions requested by LeadConnector.
Click Continue to use your Facebook profile.
These permissions are required to publish posts, manage comments, and access Page insights.
Step 5: Select Facebook Pages
Choose the Facebook Page(s) you want to connect.
Use Select all if you want to connect every Page you manage.
Click Next.
Step 6: Confirm Page Permissions
Review the requested access toggles.
Leave all permissions enabled.
Continue to complete the connection.
Step 7: Verify Connected Pages
After a successful connection:
Your Facebook Pages will appear in the Facebook list
Token validity and Page type will be shown
You can now publish and schedule posts using the Social Planner.
Managing Expired or Missing Pages
Reconnect Expired Pages
In Social Planner Settings, switch to the Expired tab.
Reconnect the affected Page.
Facebook Page Experience Requirements
Facebook supports two Page types:
Classic Pages
Require Admin access
Follow the standard connection flow above
New Page Experience
Require Facebook access with full or partial control
Access is managed from Page Settings
How to Check Page Access in Facebook
Open your Facebook Page.
Go to Settings & privacy > Page setup.
Select Page access.
Confirm your name appears under People with Facebook access or People with task access.
Common Issues and Fixes
The page does not appear during connection
You are not an Admin or do not have sufficient Page access.
Permission error during setup
Remove LeadConnector from Facebook Settings > Business integrations, then reconnect.
Cannot post to a Facebook profile
Only Facebook Pages are supported.

Can I add more Facebook Pages later?
Yes. Remove LeadConnector from Facebook Business integrations, then reconnect and select additional Pages.

Can I connect Pages from multiple Facebook profiles?
Yes. Log out of Facebook in your browser, log in with another profile, and repeat the connection process.
Has the Facebook integration been updated?
Yes. The Social Planner uses an upgraded Facebook API that resolves previous permission-related errors.
