Recurring Webinar Settings

Recurring Webinar Settings let one webinar repeat automatically on a daily, weekly, monthly, or evergreen schedule.

What Recurring Webinar Settings Do

Recurring Webinar Settings add a repeat schedule to a live webinar. When recurrence is enabled, Kyrios creates future webinar occurrences based on the schedule you choose.

A recurring webinar can repeat:

  1. Daily.

  2. Weekly.

  3. Monthly.

  4. With no fixed time.

How to Open Webinar Settings

Go to Sites → Webinars. Click New Webinar Funnel to create a new webinar.

How to Enable a Recurring Webinar

In the Create Webinar window, complete the basic webinar details. Enter the webinar name, timezone, date, and start time. Turn on Enable recurring webinar.

The recurrence settings appear after the toggle is enabled.

How to Select a Recurrence Pattern

Use the Recurrence dropdown to choose how often the webinar repeats.

Available options include:

  1. Daily.

  2. Weekly.

  3. Monthly.

  4. No Fixed Time.

Daily repeats the webinar on a day-based schedule. Weekly repeats the webinar on selected weekdays. Monthly repeats the webinar by date or by weekday pattern.

No Fixed Time creates an evergreen-style webinar that attendees can access without a scheduled live time.

How Monthly Recurrence Works

Monthly recurrence lets you choose whether the webinar repeats on a specific day of the month or on a weekday pattern. For example, you can schedule the webinar for the second Monday of each month.

How to Set the End Condition

Use the End Date section to decide when the recurring webinar stops.

You can end the series:

  1. On a specific date.

  2. After a set number of occurrences.

Broadcast Page Behavior

A recurring webinar uses one webinar funnel for the series—the webinar page updates based on the next upcoming occurrence. Between sessions, the page can show the next scheduled session timing. During the session, it displays the webinar experience.
