Step 1: Access Webinar Setup
Navigate to Webinars
Go to Sites.
From the top bar, select Webinar.
Select Webinar Type
Choose one:
On-Demand Webinar
Live Webinar
Enter basic details such as:
Webinar title
Time zone
Date and time (for Live webinars)
Step 2: Set Up Registration
Choose a Registration Form
Select an existing form to capture attendee details.
If needed:
Forms can be created or edited under Sites > Forms.
Upload or Link Webinar Content
On-Demand Webinars:
Upload a video (e.g., MP4) to the Media Library and link it.Live Webinars:
Add a streaming link (such as Zoom) that attendees will use on the event date.
