What Webinar Templates Include
A Webinar Template provides a reusable design for the pages in a webinar funnel.
Depending on the selected template, the funnel may include pages such as:
Registration page
Confirmation page
Webinar room
Thank-you page
When the webinar is created, Kyrios replaces the template’s designated form and video placeholders with the form and video selected during setup. The remaining template design, content, and custom styling are preserved.

Before Creating the Webinar
For an on-demand webinar, prepare the following before starting:
A name for the webinar.
A published registration form.
A pre-recorded webinar video available for selection.
A Webinar Template or a decision to use a blank template.
A live webinar uses a live broadcast source instead of a pre-recorded video.
Step 1: Open the Webinars Section
Go to Sites.
Select Webinars from the top navigation.
Click New webinar funnel.
Step 2: Choose the Webinar Type
The webinar type determines how the webinar content will be delivered.
Select On-demand webinar for a pre-recorded webinar.
Select Live webinar for a live-stream webinar.
Click Continue.
Step 3: Enter the Webinar Name
The webinar name identifies the webinar funnel inside Kyrios.
Enter a name in the Webinar Name field.
Click Next.
The Webinar Name field is required.
Step 4: Select the Registration Form
The selected form is used to collect registrations for the webinar.
Open the Select Form menu.
Choose the form that viewers must complete to register.
Click Next.
A form must be selected before the setup can continue.
Step 5: Select the Webinar Video
This step applies to an on-demand webinar.
Click the media selection icon beside Select webinar file.
Choose the pre-recorded webinar video.
Confirm that the selected filename appears in the field.
After the video is selected, click Next.
Step 6: Choose a Webinar Template
The selected template controls the starting layout of the webinar funnel.
Review the available Webinar Templates.
Select the template you want to use.
Preview the template when a preview option is available.
Select a blank template when you do not want to use a pre-designed layout.
Click Proceed to create the webinar funnel.
Kyrios automatically places the selected registration form and webinar content into the corresponding template placeholders.
Customize the Created Webinar Funnel
After the webinar funnel is created, open its pages in the builder to customize the design. You can update:
Text and headings
Images and branding
Colors and typography
Page sections
Buttons and calls to action
Registration form settings
Webinar video or live content
Confirmation and thank-you content
Changing the surrounding design does not require you to recreate the webinar funnel.
Common Issues and Fixes
The Next button is unavailable after selecting a form
Confirm that a valid registration form appears in the Select Form field. The form selection is required.
The Next button is unavailable after selecting a video
Confirm that a video filename appears in the Select webinar file field. An on-demand webinar requires a selected video.
The expected form does not appear in the list
Confirm that the form has already been created and is available in the current account.
The expected video does not appear
Confirm that the pre-recorded video has been uploaded to the account’s media storage and is available for selection.
The template design changed after creation
Kyrios replaces only the designated form and video placeholders. Review the template in the page builder to confirm whether other elements were manually edited.

Can I change the video or form after applying a template?
Yes. The selected video or form can be changed from the webinar settings after the template has been applied.
Can I hide default or blank templates?
No. Default and blank templates remain visible.
Do Webinar Templates support custom styling?
Yes. The template’s custom styling is preserved. Kyrios replaces only the designated video and form placeholders.
Can I preview a template before using it?
Yes. Templates can be previewed from the Template Library when a preview option is available.
