Social Media Insights (Social Planner Statistics)

Social Media Insights in Kyrios provides performance analytics for your connected social platforms, including engagement, impressions, reach, top-performing posts, and audience demographics.

Overview

Social Media Insights is accessed from the Social Planner β†’ Statistics tab. It aggregates analytics from all connected social platforms into a single dashboard.

The Statistics view allows you to:

  • Filter analytics by platform

  • Review high-level performance metrics

  • Analyze trends, engagement, and audience data

Platform Filtering

Use the platform list on the left side of the Statistics tab to filter analytics.

You can view:

  • All platforms combined

  • Individual platform data (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Business Profile)

Filtering updates all metrics and charts in real time.

Understanding Key Metrics

At the top of the Statistics tab, Kyrios displays summary metrics for the selected platform view.

Available metrics:

  • Number of Posts: Total posts published during the comparison period

  • Total Likes: Combined likes across posts

  • Total Followers: Current follower count

  • Total Impressions: Total times posts were displayed

  • Total Comments: Total comments received

Each metric reflects a comparison against the previous 7 days.

Visualizing Trends

Kyrios displays post-activity trends in a performance graph.

This graph shows:

  • Daily impressions

  • Likes over time

  • Comments over time

Use this chart to identify posting patterns and high-engagement days.

Engagement Breakdown

The Engagement section breaks down interactions by platform.

For each platform, Kyrios displays:

  • Likes

  • Comments

  • Shares

  • Engagement percentage

This helps identify which platforms generate the strongest interaction.

Impressions

Impressions represent the total number of times your posts were displayed on a screen.

The Impressions section includes:

  • Total impressions

  • Percentage change vs. previous 7 days

  • Platform-level impression counts

Post Reach

Post Reach measures the number of unique users who saw your posts.

This section shows:

  • Total post reach

  • Week-over-week comparison

  • Reach by platform

Top Performing Posts

The Top Performing Posts table highlights your highest-performing content.

Each row includes:

  • Caption

  • Media type

  • Likes

  • Shares

  • Comments

  • Platform

Use this data to replicate successful post formats and messaging.

Gender and Age Demographics

Audience demographic data is displayed when supported by the connected platform.

This section includes:

  • Gender distribution

  • Age range breakdown

Demographic availability depends on the platform and account size.

Common Issues and Fixes

Metrics show zero values
Ensure posts have been published and the social account connection is active.

Missing demographic data
Some platforms limit demographic reporting based on follower count or API availability.

Delayed data updates
TikTok and Pinterest data may update with a 24–48 hour delay.

FAQ

What is the difference between Impressions and Post Reach?

Impressions count how many times a post is displayed. Post Reach counts unique users who saw the post.

Why is demographic data missing?

Instagram demographics require a minimum follower threshold. Facebook does not provide gender demographics.

How often is Social Media Insights data updated?

Update frequency depends on the platform. Some platforms may have delayed reporting.

Can I export Social Media Insights data?

Yes. Analytics data can be exported for offline review and reporting.

Can I change the date range for analytics?

No. The Social Planner uses built-in weekly and monthly comparisons and does not support custom date ranges.
