How to Use Content AI to Create New Content
Complete the Generate Content form:
Select Context

Content Title
Content Description (up to 3 lines)

Click Generate.
Generation typically takes 5–10 seconds depending on the number of variations.
Review the generated variations.
Click Copy next to the version you want to use, then click Continue.

Using Brand Voice with Content AI
Brand Voice Toggle
Enable or disable Brand Voice inside the Content AI modal. If a Brand Voice exists, it is ON by default.
Smart Autofill
When Brand Voice is ON, the Writing Tone field is automatically populated.
Metadata Shaping
Target Audience, CTA, Brand Purpose, Values, and Promise influence the AI prompt automatically.
Brand Voice Selector
Choose a saved Brand Voice from the dropdown. Your default Brand Voice is pre-selected.
Note: If you request multiple variations and fewer are generated, you are only charged for the successful outputs.
Using Content AI for Subject Lines
Finish creating your email body.
Go to the Send and Schedule screen.
Click the Content AI button in the Subject Line field.
Enter:
Content Description
Writing Tone
Number of Variations
Click Generate.
Click Copy next to the subject line you want to use, then click Continue.
Complete the remaining campaign settings and send or schedule the email.

Yes. Content AI supports promotional emails, introductions, coupons/discounts, recurring newsletters, testimonials, cold outreach, and content or giveaways. If your use case is not listed, select Other.
Is there a limit on the number of variations I can generate?
You can choose how many variations to generate. If fewer variations are produced than requested, you are only charged for those successfully generated.
Can I edit existing text using Content AI?
Yes. You can improvise writing, make text longer or shorter, check spelling and grammar, or simplify writing.
How do I manage Content AI and view history?
Navigate to AI Agents > Content AI to manage settings and view generation history.
What is the Brand Voice toggle?
The Brand Voice toggle enables or disables the use of your predefined Brand Voice when generating content.
How does Brand Voice work?
When enabled, Content AI adjusts tone and language based on your saved Brand Voice. You can select different Brand Voices from the dropdown.
