What Is Content AI for Blogs
Content AI is an AI-powered writing assistant built directly into the blog editor. It helps you generate written content in seconds while keeping control over structure, tone, and variations.
You can use Content AI to generate:
Outlines โ Blog structure and angles.
Introductions โ Opening paragraphs or sections.
Sections โ Full written sections under headings.
Content is generated inside the editor and can be copied, refined, or regenerated at any time.
Where to Access Content AI
Content AI is available:
Inside the Blog editor
From AI Agents > Content AI (for managing history and usage)
Step 1: Open the Blog Editor
Go to Sites > Blogs (or open an existing blog page).
Open the blog post in the editor.
Click the Content AI button in the top-right toolbar.
Step 2: Choose the Content Type
In the Content AI modal, select what you want to generate:
Outline
Introduction
Section
This controls the structure and length of the generated content.
Step 3: Fill in Content Details
Provide the required inputs:
Content title
Brief description (2โ3 lines)
Keywords
Writing tone (Professional, Casual, Funny, Excited, etc.)
Number of variations
Content length
These inputs guide the AI and directly affect output quality.
Step 4: (Optional) Use Brand Voice
If Brand Voice exists, it is enabled by default.
When Brand Voice is ON:
Writing tone auto-fills from Brand Voice.
Target audience, CTA, brand values, and purpose influence generation automatically.
You can preview Brand Voice details before generating.
You can also switch between saved Brand Voices or create a new one.
Step 5: Generate Content Variations
Click Generate.
Review the generated variations.
Select the version you want to use.
Click Continue to insert or copy the content.
Step 6: Give Feedback (Optional but Recommended)
You can rate each variation using:

If you select Thumbs Down, you can specify why:
Not aligned with prompt

Step 7: Regenerate Content Without Losing Work
When you reopen Content AI:
Previously generated content is retained.
Click Generate new content to create fresh variations.
You can regenerate outlines, introductions, or specific sections independently.
Managing Content AI History
To view and manage generated content:
Go to AI Agents (left navigation).
Click Content AI.
Filter by type (Blog, Website, Funnel, Email).
Click Go to to review or reuse content.
Important Notes About Usage and Billing
Content AI is a paid feature.
Charges are based on usage.
If you request multiple variations but fewer are generated, you are not charged for missing variations.
