How to Use Advanced Conditions for Smart Lists
Step 1: Create a New Campaign
Create a new email campaign using a pre-built template.
Path:
Marketing → Emails → Campaigns
Step 2: Edit Contact Details
Step 3: Access Advanced Conditions
Step 4: Apply Advanced Conditions
This ensures contacts added after scheduling are included at send time.
Example: Smart List Behavior
Smart List “Marketing” has 100 contacts when scheduled
30 contacts are added before send time
130 contacts receive the email at send time
How to Use Advanced Conditions for Tags
Step 1: Create a New Campaign
Start a new campaign using a pre-built email template.
Step 2: Design Campaign Content
Edit and finalize your email content.
Step 3: Select Tags for Recipients
Click Send and Schedule
Open the Recipients tab
Select Tags as the recipient type
Tags must already exist.
