Step-by-Step: Send a WhatsApp Voice Note
1. Allow Microphone Access (One-Time Setup)
Your browser must allow microphone access for Kyrios.
Open the Kyrios app in your browser.
Click the browser’s site controls (lock icon in the address bar).
Enable Microphone permissions.
2. Open an Active WhatsApp Conversation
Go to Conversations.
Select an active WhatsApp conversation.
Confirm the message composer shows "WhatsApp" above the input field.
3. Start Recording the Voice Note
In the message composer, click the microphone icon.
Recording starts immediately.
4. Review or Discard the Recording
After you stop recording:
Use Play to review the audio.
Click X to discard and re-record.
5. Send the Voice Note
Click the checkmark to send the voice note.
The message appears in the conversation thread.
What the Customer Can Do
Once delivered, the customer can:
Play the voice note in WhatsApp.
Adjust playback speed (1x, 1.5x, or 2x).
Download the audio file (WhatsApp supported behavior).
Common Issues and Fixes
Microphone Button Is Missing or Disabled
Check browser microphone permissions.
Refresh the Kyrios page after enabling access.
