Use this guide if:
You see a Meta verification or authentication error in Kyrios AI Ads Manager.
Your Meta ad account has not completed required email or phone verification.
Campaigns cannot launch due to Meta account restrictions.
This process is completed inside Meta Ads Manager, not inside Kyrios.
Why the Meta Verification Error Happens
Meta requires certain ad accounts to complete identity verification before allowing ads to run.
Until verification is completed:
Meta blocks campaign delivery.
Kyrios AI Ads Manager cannot launch or optimize campaigns.
This is a Meta-side requirement and must be resolved directly in Meta Ads Manager.
Fix the Meta Verification Error Without Launching a Campaign (Recommended)
This method triggers Meta’s verification prompt without spending money.
Step 1: Open Meta Ads Manager
Confirm you are logged into the correct Meta ad account.
Step 2: Create a Test Campaign
Click the green Create button.
Select Traffic as the campaign objective.
Click Continue.
Choose Manual Traffic Campaign.
You will not launch a real campaign or spend ad budget.
Step 3: Navigate to the Ad Level
Click through to the Ad level (third level):
Campaign
Ad Set
Ad
Step 4: Start Authentication
Once on the Ad level, look on the right-hand side for a notification prompting you to start authentication.
Click the notification.
Complete email verification when prompted.
Once email verification is completed, the Meta verification error should be resolved.
If the Verification Notification Does Not Appear
If Meta does not immediately show the authentication prompt, you must briefly publish the campaign to force the error to appear.
Step 1: Complete Required Fields
Fill in all required fields using test data only:
Website URL (any valid URL)
Image (upload any image)
Headlines and descriptions (test copy is fine)
The content does not need to be accurate.
Step 2: Publish the Campaign
Click Publish.
Meta may now surface missing requirements.
Step 3: Complete Additional Meta Requirements
Meta may request additional verification, such as:
Phone number verification
Missing account details
Add the requested information and relaunch the campaign if prompted.
Step 4: Fix the Authentication Error
Meta should now display an authentication error with a Fix button.
Click the button and follow the on-screen steps to complete verification.
After Verification Is Completed
The Meta verification error is resolved.
You can safely pause or delete the test campaign.
Campaigns typically do not spend before approval, and pausing immediately prevents any spend.
Important Notes
Meta verification applies to your entire account.
You only need to complete this process once.
Future campaigns will not require repeating these steps unless Meta flags the account again.

Why can’t I fix this inside Kyrios?
Meta controls ad account verification. Kyrios AI Ads Manager cannot override Meta’s authentication requirements.
Will this test campaign spend money?
No. As long as you pause or delete it promptly, it will not spend.
Do I need real creatives or copy?
No. You can use random images and placeholder text.
What if Meta asks for phone verification?
Complete the phone verification when prompted. This is required for some accounts.
Do I need to do this for every campaign?
No. Verification applies at the account level.
