What Global Settings Do

Global Settings apply default rules across all services in your account.

Using Global Settings allows you to:

  • Control booking behavior from one place

  • Ensure consistent customer experience

  • Scale services without reconfiguration

  • Reduce setup time for new services

Individual services can still override settings where applicable.


Where to Find Global Settings

  1. Open Settings

  2. Navigate to Calendars

  3. Select Global Settings

All changes apply to all services unless overridden.


In-App Settings

In-App Settings control how services behave internally.

Available options include:

  • Calendar View Options: Choose the starting day of the calendar

  • Enable Multiple Locations: Manage bookings across multiple locations

  • Enable Resources: Prevent double booking of rooms or equipment

  • Enable Add-ons: Allow add-ons and upsells during booking


Booking Page Settings

Booking Page Settings control how customers interact with your booking page.


Booking Page Appearance

You can customize:

  • Company name and logo

  • Light or dark theme

  • Booking button label

  • Booking page language

  • Primary brand color


Booking Page Behavior

Additional booking controls include:

  • Allow Customers to Choose Staff

  • Hide “Any Available” Option

  • Allow Multiple Service Selection

  • Auto-Assign Staff Based On availability or round robin

  • Minimum Scheduling Notice

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Rules

Additional Settings control contact handling and tracking.


Contact Assignment

Options include:

  • Assign Contacts to Service Staff Automatically

  • Prevent Reassignment for Existing Contacts
