Accessing Media Storage
Media Storage is accessible from the left sidebar and opens a dedicated workspace for file management.
Media Storage Interface Overview
The Media Storage interface includes:
Storage usage indicators
Upload actions
Google Drive connection
Search and sorting controls
Grid and list view toggles
Uploading Files
You can upload files in two ways:
Click Upload in the top-right corner
Drag and drop files directly into the Media Storage area
Supported Media Sources
Media can be accessed from multiple sources, including:
My Media
Backgrounds
Unsplash
Pixabay
Google Drive (when connected)
View Options (Grid and List View)
You can switch between:
Grid view for visual browsing
List view for detailed file information
List View Details
List view displays:
File name
Upload date
File size
Dimensions
Action menu
Advanced Sorting
Media files can be sorted by:
Name (A–Z or Z–A)
File size (smallest or largest)
Modified date (newest or oldest)

Managing Files
Each file has a three-dot menu that allows you to:
Move to folder
Rename
Get link
Delete
Managing Folders
Folders also support three-dot actions, including moving entire folders with all contents.
Quick Actions
Quick actions are available via the three-dot menu or hover controls.
Available actions include:

Move to trash
Preview Media Before Inserting
You can preview any media file before inserting it by selecting Preview from the three-dot menu.
Media Preview Details
The preview screen displays:
Published date
File size
Dimensions
Download option
Copy link option
Insert Media from Preview
Media can be inserted directly from the preview screen without returning to the media list.
Quick Insert for Selected Media
When one or more files are selected, the Insert media button appears at the bottom of the screen.
Multi-Select Actions
You can select multiple files using:
Drag selection in grid view
Checkboxes in list view
Bulk actions include:
Move
Download
Delete
Notes:
Rename and Get Link are disabled in multi-select mode
Maximum of 100 files per bulk download
Files larger than 2 GB must be downloaded individually
Storage Usage and Trash Access
Storage usage is displayed in the top-right menu.
The Trash can be accessed from the same menu.
Deleting and Restoring Files
Deleted files are moved to Trash and retained for 30 days.
Within Trash, you can:
Restore individual files
Restore all files
Permanently delete files
Google Drive Integration
When Google Drive is connected:
Files and folders sync into Media Storage
Folder creation and uploads are synced
Rename and delete actions are disabled to protect Drive integrity
The Connect Drive button is disabled during Login As sessions to maintain privacy.
Font Files in Media Storage
Media Storage supports font uploads for use in funnels and websites.
Supported font types include:
.ttf
.otf
.woff
.woff2

Common Issues and Fixes
File Not Downloading in Bulk
Files larger than 2 GB must be downloaded individually
Rename Option Disabled
Rename is unavailable during multi-select

Can’t See Google Drive Files
Ensure Google Drive is connected
Drive files are hidden during Login As sessions
