What Media Storage Is
Media Storage is a centralized file library inside Kyrios.
It allows you to:
Upload files from your device
Import free images from Unsplash and Pixabay
Organize files into folders
Reuse the same media across all Kyrios tools
Once uploaded, files are available system-wide.

Step 1: Access Media Storage
Click Media Storage from the left sidebar.
The Media Storage dashboard opens automatically.
Step 2: Navigate Media Storage
Within Media Storage, you can:
Search for files by name
Upload files or create folders (top-right)
Switch between grid and list views
Add images from Unsplash or Pixabay
Images added from Unsplash or Pixabay are copied to your servers and remain available even if removed from the source.
Step 3: Upload Files
Upload from Your Device
You can also upload compressed .zip files (up to 100 MB).
Preview Media Before Use
This helps verify images before inserting them.
Step 4: Organize Media
Use Folders
Create folders for categories (e.g., Logos, Products, Social)
Manage folders using the three-dot menu
Rename or delete folders as needed
Sort and View Options
Sort by name, size, or modified date
Toggle between grid and list view
Hover over files to see size and last modified date
Google Drive Sync
Media Storage supports direct Google Drive syncing.
How it works:
Connect Google Drive to Media Storage
Drag and drop files between systems
Folder creation and uploads are two-way synced
Restrictions:
Rename and delete actions are disabled for Google Drive files

Using Images Across Kyrios
Funnels and Websites
Go to Funnels or Websites.
Edit a page.
Drag in an Image element.
Click the image icon.
Select an image from Media Storage.
Save changes.
Image URL access:
Use Get Link in Media Storage or copy the URL from the element settings.
Email Builder
Go to Marketing > Email Builder.
Open or create an email.
Add an Image element.
Choose an image from Media Storage.
Save the email.
Social Planner
Go to Marketing > Social Planner.
Create or edit a post.
Click the image/video icon.
Select media from Media Storage.
