What the Kyrios Media Library Is
The Kyrios Media Library is a shared asset repository for your account.
Media stored in the library can be reused across:
Funnels and websites
Blogs
Email campaigns
Social posts
Membership content
Other design and content areas
You upload media once and reuse it anywhere itโs supported.
What the Media Library Is Not
The Media Library is not:
A page or funnel builder
A document management system
A replacement for external cloud storage platforms
Media is stored for active use inside Kyrios features.
How to Access the Media Library
Go to Settings.
Click Media.
Select Open Media Library.
This opens the full Media Library interface.
Supported Media Types
The Media Library supports uploading and storing:
Images (JPG, PNG, GIF, etc.)
Videos
PDF files
Other supported file assets used within Kyrios
Availability of each file type depends on where the media is being used (for example, page builders, emails, or downloads).
What You Can Do in the Media Library
Upload Media
You can upload images, videos, and PDFs directly into the Media Library.
Uploaded media becomes available throughout Kyrios wherever that media type is supported.
Create and Manage Folders
Folders allow you to organize media by:
Brand
Funnel or website
Campaign
Client
Content type (images, videos, PDFs)
Media can be moved between folders at any time.
Search Your Media
Search allows you to quickly find:
Uploaded files
Folder names
Media by filename
This is especially useful for large libraries.
How Media Is Used Across Kyrios
Once media is stored in the Media Library:
It can be reused in multiple places
It remains available until deleted
Deleting media removes it everywhere it is currently used
Important: If a video, image, or PDF is deleted, it will no longer appear on any page, email, or asset where it was previously used.

Use folders to keep media organized
Name files clearly before uploading
Avoid deleting media that is live on pages or in campaigns
Reuse existing media instead of uploading duplicates
