Kyrios Media Storage supports images, videos, documents, and audio files with defined file type and size limits that vary by feature.

What Is Media Storage

Media Storage is a centralized library where you can upload, manage, and reuse files across Kyrios features.

You can access it from the left sidebar. Uploaded files can then be selected inside Funnels, Websites, Social Planner, Emails, and more.


Funnels: Supported Media Types

When adding media inside Funnels, the allowed file types depend on the element being used (for example, Image or Video elements).

Image Uploads in Funnels

  • Open a Funnel

  • Select an Image element

  • Click to open the Media Library

  • Upload or select an image file

  • PNG (.png)

  • JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg, .jfif, .pjpeg, .pjp)

  • TIFF / X-TIFF (.tif, .tiff)

  • WEBP (.webp)

  • SVG (.svg)

  • ICON (.ico, .cur)

  • GIF (.gif)

Maximum Upload Size (Funnels)

  • Images: 100 MB

  • Videos: 4 GB

  • Documents: 100 MB

  • Audio: 100 MB


Social Planner: Supported Media Types

Images in Social Planner

  • Maximum file size: 10 MB

Videos in Social Planner

Supported video formats:

  • AVI (.avi)

  • QuickTime (.qt, .qtc, .mov, .moov)

  • MP4 (.mp4)

  • Ogg (.ogv)

  • Windows Media Video (.wmv, .asf)

  • WebM (.webm)

Maximum video file size: 1 GB

Forms and Surveys allow file uploads through File Upload fields.

  • Files are stored with the form submission

  • Files can also appear on the related contact record

  • All file types allowed

  • Maximum file size: 50 MB per account


Common Issues and Fixes

Upload fails

  • Check the file size against the feature limit

  • Confirm the file extension is supported for that feature

File not visible elsewhere

  • Ensure the upload was added via Media Storage or the correct feature

  • Confirm user permissions allow access

Social post rejected

  • Verify the file meets Social Planner limits, not Media Storage limits
