Tap the Search media bar at the top of the screen.

Enter a file name or keyword.

Results update instantly as you type.

Use the sort dropdown (for example, Modified: Newest First).

Reorder files to quickly locate recent or older uploads.

Create folders using the Create New Folder option.

Use folders to separate media by campaign, project, or file type.

Folder organization applies across the account and syncs automatically.

Tap and hold on a file to enable multi-select mode.

Select multiple files at once.

Perform actions such as organizing or deleting selected files.

Check your internet connection.

Confirm the file size is within allowed limits.

Retry the upload from the + button.

Pull down to refresh the Media Storage screen.

Confirm the file name using the search bar.

Check if the file was uploaded to a different folder.
