What Gets Copied When You Duplicate a Calendar
When you duplicate a calendar, Kyrios copies:
Meeting details and availability
Forms and payment settings
Notification templates
Email and in-app reminder settings
Confirmation, cancellation, and follow-up notifications
This ensures consistent behavior across calendars.
Step 1: Open the Calendar List
Go to Calendars.
Locate the calendar you want to copy.
Step 2: Duplicate the Calendar
Click the three-dot menu next to the calendar.
Select Duplicate.
Step 3: Confirm Duplication
A confirmation modal appears.
Review the message.
Click Duplicate to proceed.
Step 4: Review and Save the New Calendar
The duplicated calendar opens automatically.
Update the calendar name or details if needed.
Review settings across tabs.
Click Save.
Notifications in Duplicated Calendars
All notification templates are copied automatically, including:
Appointment booked (confirmed and unconfirmed)
Cancellation notifications
Reschedule notifications
Reminder emails and in-app alerts
