Accessing the In-App Calendar
Open Calendars from the main navigation.
The calendar loads with your current date and default view.
Navigating Between Day, Week, and Month Views
Use the View dropdown at the top of the calendar to change how schedules are displayed.
Available views:
Day View: Hour-by-hour breakdown for a single day.
Week View: Multi-day timeline view.
Month View: High-level overview of all events.
Jumping to Specific Dates
Click the date selector next to the current month.
Choose a specific date to jump directly to it.
Using Manage View Filters
Open Manage View to control what appears on your calendar.
View by Type
Choose what event types to display:
All
Appointments
Blocked Slots
Filtering by Users
Expand the Users section in Manage View.
Select one or more users to see their schedules.
Filtering by Calendars
Expand the Calendars section.
Select one or more calendars to include in the view.
Filtering by Groups
If calendars are organized into groups, expand Groups and select the group you want to view.
Viewing Multiple Calendars at Once
You can select multiple calendars simultaneously to see a combined schedule.
Hovering Over Appointments for Quick Details
Hover over any appointment to preview key information such as:
Appointment title
Time
Appointment type
Opening Appointment Details
Click an appointment on the calendar.
The View Details panel opens on the right.
Viewing Appointment Information
The details panel shows:
Appointment time and duration
Appointment owner
Attendees
Calendar name
Location and status
Adding Notes to an Appointment
Open an appointment’s details.
Select the Notes icon.
Click + Add Note.
Notes display the creator and timestamp for auditing and collaboration.
Editing or Deleting Appointment Notes
Open the note menu (three dots).
Choose Edit or Delete.
Creating an Appointment from the Calendar
You can add appointments directly from the calendar.
Click + New.
Select Appointment.
Choose the contact and fill in appointment details.
Click Book Appointment.
Viewing Appointments on the Calendar Grid
Once booked, appointments appear immediately on the calendar.
Blocking Off Time
Use blocked time to prevent bookings during unavailable periods.
Click + New.
Select Blocked off time.
Choose a user or calendar.
Set the start and end time.
Click Block time.
Viewing Blocked Time on the Calendar
Blocked slots appear in gray and do not remove existing appointments.
Understanding Calendar Annotations and Colors
Click the Annotation icon to understand colors, patterns, and icons used in the calendar.
Annotations explain:
Confirmed vs unconfirmed appointments
Cancelled and no-show appointments
Blocked slots
External calendar events
Recurring events and errors
Navigating to Calendar Settings
You can access calendar configuration from the calendar experience.
Click the Calendar Settings icon.
Or navigate to Settings > Calendars.
FAQ
How do I view only appointments or only blocked time?
Open Manage View and use View by Type to select Appointments or Blocked Slots.
Can I see multiple users’ calendars at the same time?
Yes. Select multiple users under the Users filter to combine their schedules.
Can I view multiple calendars together?
Yes. Select multiple calendars under Calendars to see them in a single view.
What do the different colors and patterns mean?
Use the Annotation panel to see a full legend explaining colors, icons, and patterns.
Can I add appointments directly from the calendar?
Yes. Click + New or click directly on a date or time slot to book an appointment.
Does blocking time delete existing appointments?
No. Blocked time only prevents new bookings and does not remove existing appointments.
