Managing Calendar Groups

Manage Calendar Groups by creating, editing, reordering, deactivating, or deleting groups from the Settings interface.

Use this article if you need to manage existing Calendar Groups, control which calendars appear in a group, or remove groups from your account.


Accessing Calendar Groups

  1. Go to Settings → Calendars.

  2. Open the Groups tab.

From this view, you can see all existing groups and manage group-level actions.


Create a Calendar Group

To create a new Calendar Group:

  1. Click Create Group.

  2. Enter the following details:

    • Group Name

    • Description

    • Template (Classic or Neo)

    • Group URL

  3. Click Create.

The group becomes immediately available for calendar assignment.


Group Tab Overview

The Groups tab shows:

  • Group name

  • Number of calendars in the group

  • Group status

  • Action menu (three dots)

You can search groups using keywords.


Group Action Dropdown

Each group has an action menu with the following options:

  • Edit Group

  • Copy Embed Code

  • Copy Group Link

  • Copy Scheduling Link

  • Copy Scheduling Link (Legacy – Deprecated)

  • Rearrange Calendars

  • Deactivate calendars in group

  • Delete Group


Rearranging Calendars Within a Group

You can control the order in which calendars appear on the group booking page.

Steps:

  1. Open the group action menu.

  2. Select Rearrange Calendars.

  3. Drag and drop calendars into the desired order.

  4. Click Save.

This affects display order only and does not change booking logic.


Deactivating Calendars in a Group

You can deactivate all calendars in a group at once. This is useful if a team is temporarily unavailable and you want to pause bookings without deleting calendars.

Calendars can be reactivated later.


Deleting a Calendar Group

When deleting a group, you can choose how calendars are handled.

Deletion options:

  • Delete group only – Calendars and appointments remain

  • Delete group and calendars – Calendars and all appointments are permanently deleted

Steps:

  1. Open the group action menu.

  2. Click Delete.

  3. Select whether to delete calendars.

  4. Click Confirm.


Moving Calendars Into or Out of Groups

Calendars can be assigned to groups in two ways.

From the Calendars Tab

  1. Go to Settings → Calendars.

  2. Open the calendar action menu.

  3. Select Move to Group.

  4. Choose a group.

If Move to Group is not visible, the calendar is an unassigned or event calendar.


From Calendar Edit Settings

  1. Edit the calendar.

  2. Open Meeting Details.

  3. Select a group from the Group dropdown.

  4. Save changes.


Important Notes

  • Calendar Groups do not create bookings by themselves.

  • Calendars must belong to a group to appear on group booking pages.

  • A calendar can belong to only one group at a time.

  • Deleting calendars and appointments is permanent.


FAQ

Can a calendar belong to more than one group?

No. Each calendar can be assigned to only one group at a time.

Why don’t I see the Move to Group option?

Unassigned or Event calendars cannot be added to groups.

Does rearranging calendars affect booking distribution?

No. Rearranging calendars only changes display order on the booking page.

Who can manage Calendar Groups?

Only users with Account Admin permissions can create, edit, or delete Calendar Groups.
