Use this guide if you want to:
Temporarily hide a calendar from booking without deleting it.
Pause availability for services like consultations, demos, or events.
Reactivate a previously deactivated calendar at any time.
How to Deactivate a Calendar
Navigate to Settings > Calendars.
Locate the calendar you want to deactivate.
Click the three-dot (⋮) menu in the Actions column.
Select Deactivate Calendar.
In the confirmation modal, click Save to confirm deactivation.
After deactivation, the calendar status updates to Inactive in the Status column.
Important Behavior
Deactivating a calendar hides it from booking.
Existing appointments are not deleted or changed.
Appointments will be visible again if the calendar is reactivated.
How to Activate a Calendar
Navigate to Settings > Calendars.
Find the calendar with a status of Inactive.
Click the three-dot (⋮) menu in the Actions column.
Select Activate Calendar.
The calendar is immediately reactivated and available for booking.
How to Identify Active vs Inactive Calendars
Open Settings > Calendars.
Review the Status column:
Active calendars are available for booking.
Inactive calendars are hidden and unavailable.
